He was married to Anna COOK (daughter of John COOK and Shaw RUTH) on 13 Mar 1719 in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Anna COOK was born between 14 Apr 1695 and 1697. She died in Jul 1775 in Quaker Hill, Dutchess County, New York. She was christened. Was about 77 years of age when she died. James TRIPP and Anna COOK had the following children:
