Tiffany- Did you have any animals?

Francis- Yes.

Tiffany- What animals did you have?

Francis- Cows, horses, chickens, dogs, cats, and birds .

Tiffany- What was your dog’s name?

Francis- Rex.

Tiffany- Do you have any brothers or sisters?

Francis- Yes.

Tiffany- How many?

Francis- Five brothers, and one sister.

Tiffany- What are there names?

Francis- Jack ,and Roger Rood, and David, Terri, Jack, and Shirley Wilson.

Tiffany- Do you think the families are closer?

Francis- No, I think that kids don’t go to their parents to talk about their problems as much anymore.

Tiffany- Did you have a farm?

Francis- Yes.

Tiffany- Did you make homemade milk?

Francis- Yes, we sold cream, and made cottage cheese ,and cheese.

Tiffany- What events happened when you were a child?

Francis- They made the first TV.

Tiffany- What television shows did you watch ?

Francis- Howdy Doody.

Tiffany- Did you pick on the younger kids?

Francis- No.

Tiffany- What games did you play?

Francis- Dress up, in creeks, swung on vines, and played in fields.

Tiffany- Where did you live?

Francis- Reedsville.

Tiffany- What do you think about the drugs issue?

Francis- TV brings a lot of difference in what we hear anymore because there's nothing, I don't think there's anything hid.  Everything is open, especially through TV;  lesbians, homosexuals, and gay guys. There should be more movies with morals.  Children hear things now that they didn't hear when I was a kid.  And that really hasn't been that many years ago, but it's been long enough that I can really see the difference.

Tiffany-What subjects did you have in school?

Francis- Reading, English, and Home Ec. -- did not participate in gym.

Tiffany- Do you think that kids learns more now?

Francis- Yes

Tiffany- What about discipline, do you think that kids should get punished more often ?

Francis- Yes , they should get punished more often, I think that they should get spanked at school.

Tiffany- What was your first car?

Francis- A Cadillac.

Tiffany- What color was it?

Francis- Silver. It had a good deal on it.

Tiffany- How many rooms were in your house?

Francis- 3, kitchen, bedroom, dinning room ,and an outhouse.

Tiffany- Did you any lights?

Francis- No .

Tiffany- What do you think about the violence in the world?

Francis- I think that steps need to be taken to solve the problems.

Tiffany- What do you think about the knives that kids get cut on?

Francis- I think that all the knives should be put somewhere were the kids can not get them.

Tiffany- Did you ever go hunting?

Francis- No, I've never went hunting . I did go groundhog hunting once with my husband.
