Jude

My name is Judith, but my friends call me Jude.Ohio is my home state and I have lived here most of my life. I am the youngest of six children, born on June 13th, making me a Gemini. I worked in the family business for several years then decided there was more to life than TV's. No offense dad. : ) After taking classes and workshops for two years, I opened my own business called Foot-Loose with Reflexolgy. I am now an ARCB Board Certified Reflexologist and have been since December, 2000

Some of my spare time Is spent with the dogs. I have trained, raised, loved, and owned dogs since I can remember. The German Shepherd Dogs are my first love as a breed, and I've owned many of them over the years. At the present time I have Zeke and Maya. Zeke is a black and tan German Shepherd that was brought to me on November 21 of 1997. His birthday is May 30th, 1997 and he is a relative of Zeppelin. I have written a story about him called From A to Zeke.

Maya, is a black standard Poodle, born August 27th, 1996. She is a certified Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog. Maya and I belong to a group called Caring Canines, doing visits to nursing homes in the area. Maya is such a clown and loves to show off.
This year, 2001, I have adopted two more dogs. Bella, a blue and tan German Shepherd and Zephaniah, a solid blue German Shepherd. Be sure to see their own special pages about them. My blues.. The silly ones in the family.

One of my favorite places to go is called "the farm". Just acres of hills and trees, with a pond and a cabin. It's not like most farms as you would think of, only wild animals here.I have seen many types of birds, including wild turkeys. There are plenty of deer and squirrels too. I have heard a coyote a time or two but have not seen one..... yet. The dogs and I love to spend time there all year round. This place has been in the family for years, giving us lots of happy memories. In the summer my friend Anita and I are designated grass mowers : ) It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it! *NOTE* I have been told I am no longer allowed on this property. My brother owns it now, even though it was purchased for all of us. Let him mow the grass from now on : ) Have fun .. It really gets harder to mow the older you get.. oh! I almost forgot, you got the riding mower too didn't you. : )

The rest of my spare time is usually spent with friends and of course I couldn't forget my Mom. Mom and I are more like friends than mother and daughter. We go shopping at least once a week, and sometimes will go to my brothers to visit with the new great grandchild. Ah yes... the great grandchildren, Courtland James & Cameron Timothy, two of my favorite kids.*NOTE* We now have another new babe in the family, his name is Sage Daniel, Courtland's baby brother. : ) The picture to the left is Courtland and I holding the newborn Sage.
Sage came to us on Sept. 24,2001. *NOTE* My Mother passed away on March 23, 2002. I miss her with all my being. Please see her special page.

I love spending time on the computer. After the first website, I became fascinated with html.
Since then I have added Stories From the Heart to the original site of Foot-Loose with Reflexology,
the product lines from Foot-Loose called The Journey.
