Bekki Shining Bearheart has been studying and working with astrology since 1970, she has been an astrological consultant since 1976, and she has taught  astrology since 1980.

Astrological Consultations

Bekki is available for telephone consultations or taped readings by appointment. She sees clients for in-person consultations at Dragon Waters, at festivals and anywhere she is scheduled to teach. It is best to schedule these appointments in advance. Call or email her at the Church of Earth Healing to arrange a reading, or check the Schedule to find out when she will be in your area. If you have a group of 7 or more people who want astrological consultations, she will travel to you for a weekend of astrology readings or other work by prior arrangement.

NOTE: Chart readings are only as accurate as the data used to calculate the chart. Exact time, date and location of birth are required to calculate an accurate chart for any purpose.

Natal Chart Consultation

The average Natal Chart Consultation will last from 1 to 1 1/2 hours and consists of interpretation of the birth chart, including such areas as career, relationships, health and much more. Bekki examines each chart from psychological, spiritual and mundane perspectives. She has been influenced by a lifetime of study of metaphysics, psychology (especially the work of Jung), a variety of healing modalities, and earth-centered consciousness, as well as astrology. These all are utilized in her readings. The client may ask to focus on specific areas of concern. In addition, Bekki discusses areas of the chart being brought into focus at this time by planetary transits and progressions, eclipses, lunations and other planetary movements.

Relationship Astrology

Bekki has a special interest in relationship dynamics and works with a variety of methods of chart comparison. If you are interested in understanding a special relationship from an astrological perspective, you will need chart data for yourself and the other person. Bekki focuses on the dynamics of the relationship to bring the relationship to its highest potential. This includes understanding the challenges as well as strengths of the two people involved and of their combined energies. [She does not claim to be able to transform a dysfunctional relationship!] A relationship reading requires more time for interpretation since two charts are being examined.

Relocational Astrology

Bekki uses relocation maps and charts to discover the astrological influences at work for individuals in different locations. Using this information the client can move to geographical locations in line with their aspirations, whether personal or global, mundane or spiritual, vocational or relational.

Electional Astrology

If you are getting married, buying a house or initiating other big projects, astrology is a useful tool for finding the best time to do these things. Electional astrology is the art of timing. While it does not guarantee success, it optimizes your chances of success and can pinpoint possible sources of challenge or strength. The reading for an electional chart is generally short, but the preparation time can be intensive, since it may require sorting through a dozen potential charts to find a useable one.
