In a major coup for Autore South Sea Pearls, supermodel Helena Christensen and world
famous fashion photographer Ellen Von Unwerth worked together at the prestigious
Lancaster Hotel in Paris for the company's 2003 - 2004 marketing campaign featuring the
new Autore South Sea Pearls International Jewellery Collection. The campaign was launched
during Mercedes Australian Fashion Week May 2003, featuring on metro lights and billboards
in the Sydney CBD. The new Autore South Sea Pearls International Jewellery Collection
features a diversity of styles from classic drop earrings, to modern pendants with baroque
pearls, through to the more avant garde and luxury items which are pave set with diamonds
and other precious stones.
Ellen Von Unwerth also shot Helena Christensen for the next issue of the Autore Magazine while in Paris. An international team of stylists including famous fashion editor Nick Cox, well known make-up artist Sharon Dowsett and hair stylist Karim Mitta joined forces on the project.
Ellen Von Unwerth traveled on to New York following the shoot to work with the stars of Sex and the City. Sarah Jessica Parker will be wearing Autore South Sea Pearls in the episodes currently being filmed in New York, including a stunning South Sea pearl strand.
