This takes place after Fran and Max get engaged. All the characters of course belong to Fran Drescher.

Fran wakes up and realizes how great life is getting for her, as she thinks to herself in bed " I wish Max was in bed here with me", "I love when he kisses me and holds me. I love how it feels to finally be loved. Oy I thought I would have to wait foreva' for him."
Max woke up in his bed and realized some things too as he thought to himself. " Well old man you finally did it you got enough courage and you told Fran you loved her, and i'm engaged to a beatiful women. I love the way she makes me feel. I haven't felt love like this in a long time. It feels good, it'll feel even better when she wakes up next to me in bed." Max's mind ran off as he sat daydreaming what that would be like.
As Fran got out of bed and got ready for breakfast Niles was of course already downstairs making Maxwell his two hard boiled eggs and Fran Belgian waffles. The children had to get off to school so they just had a bowl each of Lucky Charms. Max walked into the dining room and Maggie Brighton and Gracie had already started eating. Max walked over to his seat at the end of the table and he said "Goodmorning Everyone" he was still in a good mood because he woke up thinking about the love of his life, Fran. Then Fran came downstairs with her usual lite purple robe on and her fuzzy slippers, Max got up and said "Goodmorning Fran and he gave her a heartfelt kiss on the lips. While the children all said at the same time "AWW" and Max started to blush. Niles then walked in again and told the children they would be late for school. Maggie then got up and realized they should get going. "C'mon Brighton we're gonna be late." " Ok Maggie I'm comming I just gotta get my books" Brighton said and " C'mon Gracie we're not waiting for you much longer". Then the three of them give Fran and Max a kiss goodbye and left for school.
With that Niles walks in "Sir do you need anymore tea?" "Oh no thank you Niles i'm fine" and what about you Miss Fine? "No Niles i'm fine" The phone rang and Niles answered it... "Sir its for you Miss Babcock...." Oh hello C.C...What? Oh thats too bad I'll see you tomorrow then...Feel better" Here Niles will you hang it up please. Of course...sir, May I ask a favor of you Sir ? "Sure Niles what is it? Well I have some things that I need to take care of today might I ask for the afternoon off? "Oh by all means Niles go ahead since C.C isn't coming in I don't need anything of you today. " Thank-You sir. Your welcome Niles. With that Niles went and got his coat and left.
Max stood behind Fran while she was still sitting finishing her toast. He started to give her a shoulder masage and sarcastically said "well Miss Fine what do you have planned for today? "Oh not much just gonna go change maybe go over to Ma's for a little while or visit Yetta" Oh so you have a pretty "packed" day huh? "well Max plans could "change" if a better offer came up?" With that he pulled her chair out lifted her up and gave her a ever so passionate kiss. He then held her and carried her upstairs. "Max where are we going?" Oh whatever room I land in he answered. Hopefully my room as he laughed to himself and kissed her" As he got in the door of his room he set Fran down just inside the doorway. "Fran close your eyes" why? "Just close them" OK the're closed. Max turned around and got some rose pedals and laid them on the bed over the sheets and spread. "OK open them" As Fran opened them she could smell the roses before she turned around "OH Max your such a romantic" You like it Fran? Max I love it! and I love you. " Oh Fran I love you too! Max put his arms around her and kissed her, he picked her up and set her down lying on the bed. Max shut the curtains and put on some of his favorite soft music. He kissed Frans cheek then her neck and then her earlobes. He started to nibble on her earlobes and she started to moan with delight. " Mmm you smell so good, what is that Channel? Yup you like? "I love it" you smell good too, what is that Aramis? Well I know how much you love it. Fran starts kissing Max's neck now and rubbing her hands through his thick hair. She starts to un-botton his shirt. Max looked at his love and said " if I knew you were going to take it off I should have just stayed in my robe like you". But Max you don't look as good in a fussy robe as I do! You look good in your silk robe. Max starts playing with Frans soft curls and Fran does the same to Max as they continue to kiss and explore each others bodies. They had never gotten quite that far in thier relationship...they always got interupted. With Niles gone for the day and the children in school until 3 and C.C sick that leaves them to do "Other" things. Things they have never done before, with no interuptions and Max hadn't stopped for anything he was ready. He had wanted her so bad for such a long time that he though to himself nothing was going to stop me from showing this beatiful woman how I feel about her. His feelings unleashed as Fran thought "WOW, Max has never shown me this side of him before. I've seen almost all his sides, even when I walked in on him in the shower accidentally of course. Max showed Fran he loved her in everyway he could think of. Exploring each others body's for what seemed like hours. Max stopped to catch his breath and Fran rolled over next to him and kissed him more passionatly than she ever had before. She laid on his back and gave him a soothing massage, she leaned her head down towards his ear and whispered to him in a most suductive voice " I never thought that you would make love to me like you did today" Max lifted his head from the pillow and said with his sexy brittish accent " I would love to show you love like that everyday, I can't wait until the day that you become Mrs Sheffield" I can't wait for that day either Fran said with a smile as she rubbed his back.
Fran, darling, what time is it? Uh its 11' o clock sweety, she said with a kiss to his ear and neck. Max turned over and laid next to the love of his life. " Fran, what do you say we take a nice soothing relaxing soak in the spa?" Mmmm that sounds like a plan. Max carries Fran into the bathroom and he lays in the spa and turns to her and says " C'mon in" Oh Fran you don't have to sit all the way on the other side, Ya know this was made for two. Come here you can sit in my lap. Oohh Max your such a romantic. "Oh Fran well i do try...to please you..." Honey you've already showed me that you can please me today. "Well darling the day isn't over yet..." They laid in the tub for a long time as Max made love to Fran again. As she thought " Wow he's really making up for lost time now."
Max its already 12:30 we better get up and get some lunch. Yeah your right Fran how does a pinic in Central Park sound? Ohh that sounds great....to bad Niles isn't around to make the sandwiches. Now Fran I know how to cook, when I was little I used to watch the cook make food all the time and i've seen Niles do it hundreds of times, I think I can make a few simple sandwiches. Sorry for underestimating you sweetie. Well what would you like I have turkey, ham, cheese, bologna or roast beef. "Uh I think i'll have ham and cheese." Great two ham and cheese sandwiches, would you like any mayo? " Sure I would." Would you like it cut in halfsies or diagonally? You can surprise me. "Well I know how you like it diagonally, or maybe i'll cut it into a smiley face?" Max, you can cut it into a picture of your smiley face? "Well fran I don't have that much cooking talent to do that..i'm not Julia Child. Well Max i'm not Martha Stewart but I managed to re-do this kitchen. " I know Fran and you did a wonderful job." Well the sandwiches are done...lets get going.
The two lovers walk hand in hand down the street to Central Park. They finally arive and pick out a nice lunch spot right next to a small lake. The sun was beating down on them it was a beatiful day. Max sat leaning against a tree as the opened up the basket and reached for some wine glasses and poured the white wine for the two of them. He made a toast " to the woman who I love and adore, I want to spend the rest of my life with you, and cherish you" as they clicked their glasses together and twisted arms and drank from the others glass. Fran looked deep into Maxwells eyes " Honey what did I do in this life to deserve someone as wonderful and sweet as you?" I don't know Fran I ask myself the same question when I look into your deep brown beatiful eyes, I love you darling more than words can express. "Max your so sweet, I love you. They put their glasses down and embrace in a kiss. Fran was now laying in Max's lap with her head on his chest she started rubbing it as he was rubbing her back. They talked about his new play their new status as being engaged and Max said they should pick a date to get married. He wanted a date soon so they didn't have to sneak around like they did today. " I know Max when do you want to get married" Well sweetheart, I can talk to a friend of mine who can get a date at any church and I can get orchestra to play at it. How does next month sound? Oh that sounds great. "Yes well Fran the sooner we get married the sooner we get to our honeymoon" Max said with a sweet laugh. "Fran would like to go take a ride on the horse drawn carriage?" Oh sure I would that sounds great.
Good-day Sir, Mam. Oh hello once around the park please, "yes Sir". Max thank- you much for this day it was so amazing I haven't had this much fun with you in a long time. I know I haven't taken a day off in a long time. It feels pretty good I should try it more often. "oh well no complaints from me Max" Its 2:15 we better get back home before the kids. "Yes I suppose your right, Well lets start to get our things. They walked home with Max's hand in Frans back pocket, as Fran had her head on Max's shoulder. "Well here we are, home sweet home" Max opened the door for Fran and they sat on the couch and watched TV for a few minutes then Niles came in, and a few moments later the children were in.
They all said hello to Niles, Max and Fran. So how was school guys? Oh Fran it was so amazing, Maggie continued, Matt asked me out to the movies for Friday night, can I go? "Well Maggie you'd have to ask your dad, Sure Margaret you may go, Max jumped in. Thanks she said kissing her dad and Fran. Grace jumped in asking that her friend Amanda asked her for a sleepover and Brighton said that Billy asked him to sleepover Friday too. Max just kept thinking about his day with Fran when the kids were gone and he thought about how he could be alone with her again so without any hessitation he said Yes to all the kids. Then they asked their dad as Niles walked in from the kitchen "So dad what did you and Fran do today?" Max and Fran were smiling and Niles had a smile on his face too. "Oh well Fran and I watched TV most of the day, we Uh went to the park for lunch and we just got back about a half hour before you. Oh well children why don't you guys go do your homework before dinner. Sure Dad we'll see you guys later. The children ran upstairs and Max turned to Niles and asked him if he finished up what he needed to do? Niles had an idea of what they did today so he looked at the both of them and told Max and Fran " well for the most part I did but if you want me to I can finish...oh I don't know Friday evening and finish Saturday afternoon? He said with a smile and wink to Max and Fran. Uh Niles may I speak to you in my office? "Sure Sir" , as they walked to the office. Well Niles I guess you have an idea of what we did today. Well Sir it took me a few minutes to figure it out...especially when you said you watched TV all day. Well Niles nobody knows about it... we were very secretive about it today Niles.. "Well Sir could I speak freely?" Of course old man "I would like to congradulate you on. You finally had enough courage to act out your feelings" Max gave a little chuckle, yes Niles again and again, Oh well sir I never though you were going to.....well sir I have to get started on dinner. Yes of course Niles and thank you. Maybe Fran and I can beat our record of five on Friday. Um yes well I have to make dinner Sir I will see you later. Thank you Niles.
Fran sat in the kitchen and filled Niles in on the details even though being the Englishman Niles was he didn't think she should "kiss and tell" but he told her Mr Sheffield had already "told" him some of what happened. Niled set the table and everyone sat around it and ate dinner. They talked about what had happened in school that day and Fran and Max told them that they had a wonderful time in the park that day. Niles cleared the table and everyone went and watched a little TV. Max went into his office to get some papers he needed to sign and Fran followed him in there and closed the door.
"Hi Darling", hi Max I just wanted to say thank-you for such a wonderfully romantic day. "Your welcome sweetheart" I hope that Friday will be just as good. " I know I can't wait" Me either. Well I better get to bed its getting kind of late. Max got up and walked over to Fran and gave her a kiss goodnight and a hug. "Goodnight Fran, I love you, i'll see you tomorrow." I love you too Max, sweet dreams, as they broke their embrace and Fran walked up the stairs.
Fran reached her room and got ready for bed, she took her make-up off and got into bed and laid there thinking as she did when she woke up. " WOW, I can't believe he did it...we did it...over and over and wow he was amazing... i've never been loved like that before, I gotta call Val...oh i'll wait until tomorrow." As she shut the light off and went to sleep. Her dream came true today, but she might think of a new dream while she's sleeping
Max left his office a short time later and go to his room and got into bed and though to himself again too " Well you finally did it, really did it...Fran is and amazing woman, I don't want to screw things up. I can't believe I waited this long for her..well actually she was waiting for me..Ahh I can't wait until Friday, it will be even better then today. I really think I succeeded in pleasing her today. I hope I can make her happy for the rest of her life" he thought as he fell asleep in anticipation for what he'll do for her on Friday.
