At the sheffield House all was still and calm that evening until......

C.C "NILES"

Niles "Pyscho Beast is at it again"

C.C "If you cannot provide that right service maybe you should try a new profession"

Niles "Thinking of quiting the nite time job?"

C.C "Pervert!"

Niles "I was only asking."

Niles "You act like I would want to know your hourly rate or something!"

C.C "GRRRR"

Niles "I don't wanna hear your stupid noises! This is not animal kingdom!!"

C.C "Yes but I'm the women your suppose to listen to me?"

Niles "Hah! Are you still on that women thing again?"

C.C "I think you know if I am a women or not"

Niles "Not really"

C.C "And whats the Crap suppose to mean?!?!"

Fran: yelling to Maxwell from the other room LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Niles "Look I'm not going to sit here and fight you. I'm sick of winning!"

Fran: comes in where Niles & C.C were fighting

Fran "Whats going on?"

Maxwell: enters to get Fran

Maxwell "None of your bloody bussiness you worry about whats going on right here between you and me This is far from over!"

Fran "Oy what is your problem like this is my fault?"

Fran "You denied me remember!"

Maxwell "Yes but I had reason. IF YOU WOULD LET ME EXPLAN!"

Fran "NO"

Niles "Oh hell!"

C.C "Shut up Bell-boy get use to me calling you servant because abviously you want it to stay this way!"

Niles "Oh would you stay at your on house for once

C.C: cuts him off

C.C "I have a job to do you know"

Niles "Oh..well..I you'd think after Mr Sheffield got married you would give up!"

Maxwell "What!"

C.C "Oh Shutup! Niles your a CRAZY OLD MAN!"

C.C: storms out of the house

Fran: Oy this house has gone from Happy home to House of Hell inless then an hour!"

Maxwell "Tell me about it"

Maxwell "Please Fran let me explan"

Fran "LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Fran "If your going to deny me! Then expect to get DENIED back MISTER!"

Maxwell "FRAAAN!!!!!"

Fran "You know women expect certain things!"

Maxwell "And so do the men FRAN!"

Fran "FINE!!"

Fran: runs into the bathroom the only safe place to hide

Maxwell: rushes to the door BANGING on it

Maxwell "Fran PLEASE honey listen to me! I have ben working all day I don't have the strength.."

Fran "Your right your work comes before me!!!"

Maxwell "No.. I don't know how you do it? Where do get all this energy?"

Fran: Silence

Maxwell "Fran?"

Fran: Silent and angery opens the door in her rob and heads toward the bedroom

Maxwell "Fran?"

Fran: nothing not a word comes out of her mouth

Maxwell: enters the bedroom following Fran

Fran: gets into bed turns her back side to him with out a word and shuts out her light

Maxwell "Fran forgive me?"

Maxwell: tries to get willing by touching her but Fran only denys and brushes him away

Maxwell "Well thats just great Fran! You get me all started NOW how am I suppose to sleep!?!"

Maxwell: storms off MAD to the kitchen

Fran: sits up feeling very upset and begins to sob

Maxwell: greets Niles in the kitchen

Niles "What are you doing up sir?"

Maxwell "Can't sleep to wound up now!"

Niles "I know the feeling..."

Maxwell "I don't know how this happened"

Niles "Maybe is started when you denied her the..you know what"

Maxwell "WHAT?"

Niles "Everyone has ears sir"

Maxwell "Oh well I guess we have ben abit loud"

Niles "No louder then Miss Babcock the fight started outside but we had to come in people where throwing things at us to shutup.

Maxwell: smerks

Maxwell "Now..she is totally silent will not speak word"

Maxwell: paces the floor still tense and very (in the mood) since Fran tried to start something which he should have never Denied

Maxwell "I can't believe this I can't believe it

Niles "Sir maybe you should try sitting down?"

Maxwell "I can't I'm to wired. I think I'll go back in there and try again"

Niles "Good luck sir by now she has probably locked the door and bolted chains on it or fast alseep"

Maxwell: walks to the door and peeks his head in to see Fran reading a magizene

Maxwell: walks in cool, calm and collective

Maxwell "Fran I love you..and right now I cannot sleep...after what you have started!"

Fran: nothing still silent. The guess is she will be that way forever

Maxwell: tries again for the thing he denied her but wanted so much now

Maxwell: touches her hair thinking

Maxwell . o O (How could I have ben so stupid to deny this!)

Fran: on the other hand was calm as she has ever ben

Fran . o O (I'm not given in no matter where is touches me. HE CAN FORGET IT)

Fran: lies back down

Maxwell: feeling hopless lies down as well and tries to goto sleep which never worked

Maxwell: had walked back to the kitchen and stayed there all night and fell asleep sometime around 3:00 a.m at the table

Niles 'Sir have you ben in here all nite?"

Maxwell "Yessss..All is lost. I'm going to take a shower maybe it might knock some since into me"

Maxwell: walked to the bathroom and opened the door to see Fran in the shower

Maxwell . o O (OH GOOD GOD..just what I need to wake me up!!!!!!)

Maxwell: rushes out of the bathroom closes the door behind him

Maxwell: feeling very sleepy goes into the bedroom to fastly fall alseep

Fran: done showering comes into the bedroom with her rob on looking at Max fast asleep. Oh how she wanted just to surrender herself to him. BUT this time there was something that kept her strong and Fearless.

Fran: was putting her shoes on when she heard Max talking in his sleep

Maxwell: Dreaming [Fran just let me do this you can't move your tied up!]

Fran: talks out loud

Fran "Oh my god he's dreaming about us!"

Maxwell: still talking [ Fran stop trying to get loose your suppose to enjoy this! This benifits you not me! Remember that! ]

Fran: starts laughing real low not to wake him

Maxwell: [ Fran get ahold of yourself there is no earthquake it's just the bed moving ]

Fran: couldn't stand it anymore and laughed real loud

Maxwell: woke up

Maxwell "Fran?"

Fran: walks out of the bedroom and down the stairs

Maxwell "Oh no! Was I talking in my sleep?"

Maxwell: comes down to breakfast all dressed but still very tired

Maxwell: to his surprised Fran was gone

Maxwell "Where's Fran?"

Niles "I don't know sir I think she was afraid of the earthquake"

Niles: smiles

Maxwell: stops dead in his tracks frozen solid

Maxwell "uh"

Niles "She went to her mothers"

Maxwell "Oh I can't take this it STARTING TO DRIVE ME INSANE!!!"

Niles "Sir its only ben one night jeez"

Maxwell "Shutup Niles"

C.C: enters the kitchen

Niles: looks at C.C saying

Niles "Oh it lives!"

C.C "Quit Servant! Bell-boys are not allowed to speak to me!"

C.C: stares evily at him

Niles "Miss Babcock have you ever seen the exorcist?

C.C "Why?"

Niles "Because thats who you remind me of. Head spinning and hideous "

Niles: Grabs a wash cloth and a bucket from the floor

C.C "Whats that for?"

Niles "I waiting for you to puke thick green pea soup"

Maxwell "Would you two knock it off!"

C.C "Maxwell whats a matter with you?"

Niles "He didn't get any last nite"

Maxwell "NILES!!!"

Maxwell: gets up and heads to his office

C.C "I think me and Fran can relate"

Niles "How? she is a slender being your a Big cow."

C.C "You Decaying TROLL!!!"

Niles "Be still you lil outside hussy!"

C.C "Oh Damn you! I'm getting out of here"

Niles: shows her to the door

Niles "See yea. you TROLLOP!"

Fran: comes in where Niles is shouting

Fran "Woa down boy"

Niles "Mrs Sheffield"

Fran "NO Call me Fran"

Niles "Fran?"

Fran "Yo?"

Niles "Mr Sheffield is really upset"

Fran "And whats wrong with me OH NOTHING I JUST SPENT A LOVELY, WONDERFUL, HAPPY, GAY, TIME AT MY MOTHERS!!

Fran: begins to cry and runs upstairs

Niles: walks into Maxwell's office catching him holding Fran's picture

Maxwell "Yes Niles"

Niles "Sir Mrs Sheffield ..I mean FRAN is back and up stairs crying"

Maxwell "good heavens. Thank you Niles!"

Maxwell: rushes out of the office and up the stairs to comfort Fran

Maxwell "Honey are you alright?"

Fran: still not a word from her to him

Maxwell "Come on Fran you have to say something talk to me I don't want to fight anymore"

Fran: pushes him away

Maxwell "Fran please don't fight with me this is really hurting me PLEASE!"

Maxwell: feels her soft hair and breaths in her purfume

Maxwell "Fran you don't know how bad I want you right now!"

Fran: finally speaks

Fran "no just go away!"

Fran: couldn't stand how hurt they both was and ran out of the house

Maxwell: following her and calling out to her

Maxwell "Fran Please......"

Niles: comes in

Niles "No luck sir?"

Maxwell: very upset

Maxwell "no.."

Maxwell: goes to his office where he stays most of the day. While Fran stayed out her mothers

Fran: crying

Slyvia: eating chips

Fran "Ma I'm so confused"

Slyvia "Darling look he wants to make up so do it" HELLO?

Fran "Ma I can't there is just something that won't let me"

Slyvia "What?"

Fran "I don't know. I know he wants to make up you can see it in his eyes but for me it just ain't happening.."

Slyvia: drops a chip down her shirt

Slyvia "WHY?"

Fran "I DON'T KNOW MA"

Slyvia "No not you I think I lost a chip down here"

Slyvia: feels around to find it

Fran: "uh I gotta get back Ma"

Fran: leaves and heads back home

Fran: enters to see Niles dusting

Fran "Is he here?"

Niles "well..Mrs-I mean Fran he has ben in his office all day"

Fran: starts to walk away

Niles "Fran I really think you should make up with him this is tearing him up. You know he is sorry why are you doing this to him this is so sad?"

Fran "Me! Me! Me! Always my fault"

Niles "Yes and it's You! You! You! he is almost in tears over"

Fran "Really?"

Maxwell: that night didn't even bother trying anything he just lied down by Fran and tryed to goto sleep

Fran: finally speaking to him

Fran "Max?"

Maxwell "Yes darling?"

Fran "I want you too"

Maxwell: sits up

Maxwell "Yeah?"

Fran: lies down and tries herself to fall asleep

Maxwell "Thats it?!?!"

Maxwell "You want me too. Thats bloody all?"

Fran: sits up

Fran "What?"

Maxwell "FRAN you cannot believe the amount of tension I have had since last nite and I pour myself out to you and all you say is I want you too!?!"

Fran "How am I suppose to know what you want to hear"

Maxwell: gets up

Maxwell "well.. lets see

Maxwell: shouts loud enough Niles can hear him in the kitchen

Maxwell "How about TAKE ME? , I LOVE YOU , KISS ME?"

Fran "Damnit Max!!"

Fran: Rushes down stairs the kitchen

Niles: there to greet her

Niles "Fran you all right?"

C.C: comes rushing in

C.C "NILES YOU CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH YOU GET ON MY NERVES!!!"

Niles "Go away Cave Lady"

C.C: looks over and Fran then looks at Maxwell coming in shouting

Maxwell "Damnit Fran I got needs too!"

Niles and C.C: look at Maxwell

Maxwell "Great everyone's hear lets have a party!"

C.C "Don't mind me I came here to settle things with Niles! Then I'll be off"

Niles "Back off Wonder Women!!"

Fran: shuts them up by running out of the kitchen back up stairs

Maxwell: still watching Niles and C.C go at it

C.C "Look Niles I don't wanna spend all the time I see you. fighting!

Niles "So your saying I'm not a DECAYING old TROll ?

C.C "well..okay..If thats what it takes.yes"

Maxwell: doesn't get to hear the rest of it because he runs back up stairs to find Fran

Maxwell: sees Fran asleep on the bed and doesn't bother to wake her

Maxwell: gets his cloths and heads for the bathroom

Fran: looks up at him

Fran "Where are you going"

Maxwell "Out!"

Fran "What for it's the middle of the night?"

Maxwell "I know Fran and I thought you weren't speaking to me?"

Fran: gets up

Fran "Wait maybe I should leave?"

Maxwell "What? What are you saying?"

Fran "Well no telling where you are going?"

Maxwell "You think I would cheat on you? FRAN HOW COULD YOU?"

Fran "I don't know. Its just so abvious denying me!"

Maxwell "Fran its only ben 1 night!!"

Fran "Your right. I can beat this! I waited 5 years. I hope you can wait that long MAXWELL?"

Maxwell "You wouldn't do that to me?"

Fran "try me"

Maxwell: puts on his shoes looking upset then heads downstairs. Fran following him.

Niles: grab Maxwell's coat and holds it tight

Maxwell "Niles my coat?"

Niles "No sir"

Maxwell "What your not going to give me my coat?"

Fran "Can't believe this!your leaving"

Niles: Shouts

Niles "NOW SHUTUP and sit down both of you!!"

Niles "It has ben 5 long long long... years and I everyone knows you to are crazy for each other so get over it! Your married now there is NO room for Fighting!!!"

Maxwell "You know Niles I don't see what this has to do with you?"

Niles "Everything. I noticed you too from the beginning!"

Fran "Well..

Niles "Yea well. You finanly get married and NOW YOUR GONNA FIGHT?"

Maxwell and Fran "You Stared it!"

Niles "Okay thats it I am not taking sides. Sir you don't get your coat and Mrs Sheffield your not leaving either until I see both upstairs.

Maxwell and Fran: both get up

Maxwell and Fran "Fine!"

Niles "Together!!"

Maxwell and Fran: sit back down

Niles "Oh its hopless abviously it just wasn't ment to be!"

C.C: "its not?"

Niles "Oh what are you doing her they don't let the dogs outside to the bathroom until moring?"

C.C "Don't make me hurt you!"

Maxwell "C.C what are you doing here?"

C.C "I don't know I just felt this sudden earge to come over"

Niles "Chester must have locked you out again"

C.C "Whats happening here?"

Fran "Max Denied me and now it's all my fault"

Maxwell "You don't have to tell everyone are business. Sorry C.C"

C.C "No offense taken

C.C "Divorce?"

Fran "Huh?"

Maxwell and Niles "WHAT?"

Niles "Oh give it up Miss Babcock"

Niles: grins and looks at Maxwell and Fran sitting at seperate ends of the couch

Niles "There to in love"

C.C "Yeah right! It looks like the D-I-V-O-R-C-E"

Niles: stares evily at C.C

Fran: Interrupts

Fran "Maybe your right Miss Babcock?"

Maxwell "What?!?! Fran you don't mean that?"

Maxwell: watches Fran get up grab her coat and leave out the front door

Maxwell "Oh my God!"

Maxwell: runs upstairs

Niles "Damnit Miss Babcock whats the matter with you?"

C.C "What I didn't actually think she would say that!"

Niles "I hope you know. You just might of broke up the best married I have seen in all long time you Jealous old bat. You care about nothing but yourself!"

Niles: leaves the room

Fran at her mothers

Sylvia "Fran what are doing back here?"

Fran "I think we are getting a divorce MA"

Sylvia "WHAT? How could this be happening me?"

Fran "TO you?? TO ME?"

Niles: knocks on Maxwell bedroom door

Niles "Sir?"

Maxwell: opens the door

Maxwell "What Niles?"

Niles "Sir this is silly go over there and get her"

Maxwell "I don't where she is"

Niles "Where do you think she would go? To her mothers DUH!"

C.C: runs up the stairs

C.C "Maxwell ?"

Niles "Would you go home and stay out of this you started enough trouble"

C.C "No shutup! Maxwell can I see you a minute?"

Maxwell "Yeah sure"

Maxwell and C.C go into the bedroom and shut the door

Maxwell "What?"

C.C "I never thought I would saying this but.."

Maxwell "What?

C.C "Go get her"

Maxwell "You really think I should?"

Maggie "YES"

Maggie: comes in

Maxwell "What are you doing up?"

Maggie "Like anyone can sleep Gracie and Brighton are up too"

C.C "I'll tend to them you go and get your wife back"

Maxwell "I can't then that means I would give her all the power"

C.C "Whois is talking about power?"

Maxwell "Perhaps your right?"

Maggie "Of course she is"

Maxwell "No I won't go"

C.C "Fine I'll get her myself"

C.C: rushes downstairs to see Niles holding her coat smiling

Niles "She's at her mothers"

C.C: smiles back and takes her coat

C.C "shutup Niles"

C.C: knocks on Sylvia's door

Sylvia: answers

Fran "Miss Babcock what are you doing here?"

C.C "I have come to take you home"

Fran "I am home"

C.C "Hah! Bull get your coat lets go"

Fran "Why are you doing this?"

C.C "I just wanna see everyone happy even if that means me not getting upset"

Fran "Thanks but no thanks"

C.C "What?!?! Like it isn't so abvious! Women get your coat NOW!!"

Fran "Alright alright"

C.C: takes Fran back to the Sheffield house

Niles: greets them both back at the door

Niles "Good to have you back Mrs Sheffield"

Fran "I was forced back!"

Fran: evil eyes C.C

Maxwell: comes rushing in

Maxwell "Fran? Fran darling!"

Fran: tries to head out the door again but C.C and Niles block her path

Fran "What is with you two. Mostly you Niles why did you wanna see us together so bad?

Niles "uh Will be outside"

Niles: grabs C.C's arm and shuts the front door behind him

Fran: stands there with her arms crossed facing the other direction

Maxwell "Fran?"

Fran "I don't have to take this"

Fran "Runs upstairs"

Maxwell: sits on the couch holding his head down

Niles: comes back in

Niles "YOUR NOT UPSTAIRS?!?!"

Maxwell "Forget it Niles. I think it's over"

Niles: runs upstairs and flings the door open

Niles "Mrs Sheffeild WHY ARE YOU BEING SO DIFFICULT?!?!"

Fran "Go away Niles"

Fran: pushes Niles out the door and slams it in his face

Maxwell: comes walking up the stairs

Maxwell "Just leave her be Niles"

Niles "Yeah right"

Niles: opens the door and pushes Maxwell inside and shuts the door

Maxwell "HEY!!"

Maxwell: lies down beside Fran

Maxwell: feels Fran's soft hair once again wishing he had never denied anything

Maxwell: gets up sits at the end of the bed again not being able to sleep

Maxwell: thinking Fran is asleep starts talking

Maxwell: Fran I know your asleep but if you wasn't... I need to get this out and tell you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I never should of denied anything . I love Fran E. Sheffield

Fran: wide awake had never ben to sleep yet sits up

Fran "Max?"

Maxwell "huh Fran?"

Fran "Take me?"

Maxwell: smiles looking at her and does just that (This time not daring to DENY anything)..

Back in the Kitchen C.C had come back in talking to Niles

Niles "Shhhh listen"

C.C "Niles you fool. Hearing things again?"

Niles and C.C: get silent enough to hear from the Sheffield's bedroom

Fran "Oh Max!!"

Maxwell "Fran..I love you!"

C.C: "hmmm"

Niles: smiles

Niles "Sounds like the Mr and Mrs's made up"

C.C "Yep"

Niles "That sounds like a good idea!"

C.C "What? sex"

Niles "No thats a Terrific idea! I ment making up. To bad we never will"

Niles: walks out of the kitchen

C.C: noddes her head in discust

C.C "Yeah I get such a big thrill fighting with you!
