Eve's First Family Feud!

Fran is sitting at the kitchen table at the Sheffield mansion. She is waiting for Eve to come home from school. "Bye guys see ya tomorrow!" Eve exclaims to her friends as they leave. "Mom I'm home." Eve walks into the kitchen where she see's her mother sitting there at the table with that you-are-in-big-trouble-missy look on her face. " Something wrong, Mom?"
" Eve Katherine Sheffield, I just got off the phone with your principal."
" You did? Why?"
" Eve she told me you’re cheating and your cutting class."
" Mom, I didn't cut class, and I did not cheat. It's that Emma she is so out to get me."
" Who cares... wait whos Emma?"
" This girl who I thought was my friend. Then in math she totally was shoving her paper under my nose. And when I wouldn't look at it she passed me a note. She said she was so glad we were friends. And she put the note on top of her test and so then she told our teacher that I was cheating!"
Eve was so out of breath from telling her mother this. She did not realize it but she had been yelling just a tad. Which made Maxwell come in.
" What the blazes is going on?"
" Oh the whole world has to know my business do they well fine! I did not cut class but I was late so I was sent out and the teacher told me not to come back in! So then the principal caught me and then she called you okay!"
Now Eve was really shouting which made everyone come into the kitchen.
" Mom you could cut me some slack because I did not do anything wrong!"
" Eve look I know you are upset with me but that gives you no right to yell at me!" Fran is know very upset with her daughter. How could she yell at her own mother?
" Mom don't yell at me. You have no idea what it is like to go to private school with all those snobs! All they do is pick on those kids who are not as rich. Mom I am one of those not so rich kids. Emma is, she is one of those really rich kids. Mom I am her victim, I am the one she picks on."
" Sweetie I had no idea what was going on."
" Of course you didn't your not like Grandma you pry's your diary open so she can read it." Fran is very upset again but not with Eve but with Sylvia.
" Ma, how could you go through her diary? That is personal stuff. You never went through my diary!"
Sylvia gets up and tells her daughter " Sweetheart you have nothing to worry about Eve's diary is boring. Except for July 4 this year when she...."
" Thank you Grandma that is enough!" Eve was very upset. " My secret almost came out that I kissed Steve Kirkpatrick on the 4th of July" She thought to herself.
" Darling just out of curiosity what happened on the fourth?"
Maxwell now was very interested. " Uh-oh if I tell I will be grounded for life."
" Nothing Daddy. Nothing at all."

Four months later
Eve is standing on the porch with her new "Friend" Steve.
" Thanks for walking me home Steve."
" No problem! So this is where you live nice!"
" Thanks, I like it too."
" So I will see you tomorrow right."
" Yes of course. Well bye!"
" Eve. Wait I have to tell you something."
" Yes? What is it?"
" Well I have been thinking about the fourth and that kiss."
" Okay? What about it?"
" Well I was just wondering if that means we are going out?"
" It was one kiss. I mean you tell me."
" Well I was hoping, that it meant we were."
" Then we are! Oh my gosh I have to go My dad is going to flip. Here I am on the porch with a boy and we are having family night. I have to go! Good-bye."
Steve kisses her right on the lips just as Mr. Sheffield opens the door.
" Eve Katherine Sheffield! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH A BOY ON OUR PORCH! AND YOUNG LADY DO YOU KNOW WHAT NIGHT IT IS!"
" Family night daddy."
" RIGHT NOW MARCH YOURSELF INSIDE NOW! As for you young man stay away from my daughter!"
" Dad it was just a kiss."
" You know the rules no kissing, dating, or anything along those lines till your at least......."
" What dad Moms age. Dad I am fourteen but you treat me like I am two! Dad I am growing up and you don't want me to well tough!"
Fran came rushing down the stairs to see what all the yelling was about.
" What is going on?"
" I just caught her on the porch kissing a boy!"
" Oh sweetie your first kiss, that's so exiting."
" Well actually it was my second."
" WHAT! YOU MEAN YOU HAVE BEEN KISSED BEFORE!"
" Yes, it was at the fourth of July party Mom held and he was there an he kissed me big deal."
" Sweetie, it is a big deal when you don't tell us."
" I couldn't tell you see what happened dad hit the ceiling!"
" Fine you can see this boy but on a trial period."
" Dad you are so awesome. I can't wait to call him after family fun night!"

So they had a great time and Eve and Steve are happy. Plus Mr. Sheffield likes the guy.
