I think the story ended with too many people waiting for something to happen so I made something happen (sorta). Anyway, not one of these characters belong to me, and so I do not want to get sued so just remember that this was all 1/3 my idea.

As we all know Max, Fran, and Val all go out clubbin together, but only Maxwell gets in. Fran and Val tell Max to remember they do not know each other, which works out to hunt Fran and Val. After a couple hours in the club Maxwell returns with a look alike to Fran. The kicker is Fran does not realize this at all. We begin this story the night Maxwell goes out on another date with Leslie. Who Fran thinks looks like "Audrey Hepburn."
Max: So are you enjoying the meal tonight Leslie?
Leslie: Oh yes Max, but I'd really like to dance...
Max: Sure
Leslie: Oh great I love dancing!!
(They begin to dance slowly, but Maxwell's thoughts shift to the women he has sitting at home. Wondering what she's thinking...wondering what she's doing...wondering why he's still there with this women who is not his nanny.)
Leslie: Maxwell you seem to be drifting tonight are you alright?
Max: (trying to change the subject) I know nothing about you why don't you tell me about yourself?
Leslie: Well, I am from Queens, and I used to working in a Catering store for weddings and what not, but I got fired after my ex-fiancé Brian dumped me.
Max: Oh I see, but what do you do now?
Leslie: I am a child care provider...
Leslie: Max can I ask you something? What about you?
Max: Well, I have three beautiful children and a wonderful nanny...I am a semi-successful Broadway producer.
Leslie: Wow you seem like such a catch...
Max: Yeah that's what Fr...I mean Miss. Fine tells me.
Leslie: So what's the problem?
Leslie: Afraid of commitment?
Max: Yeah I just lost my wife 3 ½ years ago, I guess I am still not over it.
Leslie: Well that's a long time I think maybe you should make a move or something.
(puckers her lips expecting a kiss)
Max: Well, Leslie your right I should make a move, but I think you have the wrong idea...and maybe I should take you home.
Leslie: Ok Maxwell I guess...
Max: You are a wonderful woman, but you have made me realize how much I love my nanny.
Leslie: Yes, I think maybe you should take me home...
Max: Thank you for the evening (gently kisses her cheek)
(While this is happening Fran is sitting up waiting for Maxwell to return home, Niles comes from down stairs and sees Fran sitting there.)
Niles: Well, I never thought I would see this happen.!
Fran: What? See what?
Niles: You waiting up from Mr. Sheffield!
Fran: I am not waiting I was reading this...(she pulls out "The Greenmile.")
Niles: (chuckling) Miss. Fine that's a script for a movie...
Fran: SHHH I hear coming get out of here.
Niles: Sure Miss. Fine Goodnight.
Fran: Goodnight
(sits on the couch pretends to be dozing off. Max walks through the door trying to plan what he's going to say to Miss. Fine the next day).
Max: Miss. Fine were you waiting up for me?
Fran: Of course not I guess I just dozed off...well goodnight
Max: No Fr..Miss Fine please wait
Fran: Did I do something wrong?
Max: Yes, yes you did you stole me heart
Fran: What...
Max: Fran
Fran: Max
Max: Shh let me finish Fran I love you.
Fran: What...
Max: Well you marry me?
Fran: What made you come up with all this?
Max: The date I went on made me realize that I am nothing without you so please do me the honor and marry me?
Fran: Yes
Max: (wiping away her tears) Kiss me Fran
Fran: Kisses Maxwell with everything she feels inside and whispers "I love you" in his ear as he carries her upstairs...
Maxwell finally realized that what he really needed in his life was a little Queens love. Maxwell and Fran were married 6 months later....
