[Airs after the finale...C.C. is farther into her pregnancy, Sitting on the couch in the new California Sheffield home in a black knee length dress holding her belly,(which is growing larger) Fran on opposite side of her in a tight short green dress and a black turtleneck underneath holding the twins, one in each arm.]

C.C.-oh Fran, I can't believe I'm pregnant...with Niles's baby! Oy! oh my God, I just said oy. I think I have been hanging around you too much.

Fran-And that's a BAD thing?

C.C.-No, It's just I can't believe that Niles and I hated eachother for twen...you know the years don't really matter. We just hated eachother for so long!

Fran- That's not what I meant! I meant hanging around me isn't a bad thing.

[Fades to theme song]

C.C.- Oh God. I have to go to the bathroom so bad. This baby does not let up on my bladder! Meanwhile I am so hungry all the time I feel like a fat cow!

[Fran looks down at the twins]

Fran-Oy honey I know the feeling. And don't worry about how much your'e eating. It's nothing compared to my mother. I don't think she ever stops.

C.C.-Fran, comparing me to your mother doesn't exactly make me feel...

[Sylvia Enters]

C.C.-Sylvia, Hi, we were just talking about you!

[Fran looks at C.C. and smiles]

C.C.-Nilsey...how much do you love me?

[Niles enters]

Niles: What is it Babs baby?

[Fran gets an excited look for a second then smiles and nods her head]

Fran: for a second there I thought you were talking about Barbara.

C.C.-Help me up. I gotta go if you know what I mean...

[Niles helps her to her feet]

Fran: oh Nilsey, you're such a good husband.

Niles: I try my best Mrs. Sheffield.

Fran:Oy Niles, how many times have I told you to call me Fran?

Niles: a lot. But can't tell you how long I have been waiting to call you that.

[Fran smiles]

Fran-Yeah, me and you both buster. Meanwhile I would like to know when he first told you he liked me was.

Niles-The day you started to work here.

[Fran looks shocked]

Fran-After he fired me?! Oy! You english men show no affection till after your'e married...then...it's a party if you know what I'm sayin'.

[Niles smirks]

Niles: Well he didn't exactly tell me the first night you started working here. I could just tell.

[Front door opens, Max enters]

Max: Oh Fran I have a surprise for you!

[Val Enters with open arms]

Fran: Oh my God!!! Val! Oh I missed ya so much!

[Fran gives the twins to Sylvia who is sitting across from her in a big chair, Fran and Val go into a long hug]

Val: Oh Frannie! I've been so lonley without you! Meanwhile did ya hear about Heather Biblow?

[They sit down and get into a deep conversation]

[Sylvia is sitting in a big chair eating mallowmars]

Sylvia-Niles...Could ya make me a sandwich?

Niles-But Sylvia...you just ate a whole box of mallomars.

[Sylvia holds up box for Niles to see inside]

Sylvia: No, I left the crumbs see?

Fran: Ma, make your own damn sandwich!! Niles is on break to help C.C. with the baby!

Sylvia: Fine, I'll make my own.

[sylvia exits]

[C.C. re-enters with a box of oreos]

Fran: Oy, what'd I tell ya? 5 seconds around my mother and you already feel like you can eat whatever the hell you want because it seems like nothing compared to her.

[C.C. smiles]

Val-Meanwhile I haven't seen my Godbabies yet. Fran, Where are they?

Fran- My guess is if they are still with ma, they're in the kitchen.

Val-Alright...Be back in a while!

[Fran gets up and runs over to Max, gives him a kiss and starts ruffling his hair]

Fran- Oh Max! I can't believe you flew Val in just for me! Meanwhile, did ya have to move Ma into the guest house?

[Max smiles]

C.C.- Fran, Can I talk to you for a minute? Alone?

Fran-Sure... hold on a sec...Max...go wait in our room...I gotta "talk" to you to.

[They smile]

[C.C. and Niles sit down on the couch, Fran sits across from them in the big chair.]

Fran- alright, shoot.

C.C.- Well Fran, Niles and I have decide that since you havebeen such a good friend for so long...

[Fran smirks]

Fran- Niles yes, you, not so much...it took you 5 years to barley talk to me. And then after we got married...you got a twitch. The only time we ever had a heart to heart was when we were trapped in that wine cellar.

[Starts to fade into a dream sequence you see C.C. with the big hair and bad blush, stops]

C.C.-OK, anyways, now that we ARE close, I want you to be the Godmother of our baby.

[Fran smiles wide]

Fran: Oh My God! Really?

[C.C. and Niles nod]

Fran: Max, Ma, Val,Kids, come quick! I have an announcement to make!

[Everyone enters who was in the kitchen,Then Maggie and her husband, Gracie, Max, and Brighton descend the stairs]

Fran- I'm gonna be a Godmother!

Maggie: Oh, Congratulations Fran!

[Everyone hugs]

[Max and Fran kiss, Maggie and her husband kiss and Vall kisses the Babys, and C.C.and Nikles Kiss, Sylvia hugs Val]
