First scene dining room. Everything is normal. Fran enters.
Fran: Good Morning everyone! So kids ya ready to go Christmas shopping?
Grace: But we already went...
Fran: Shhhh!!!!! She doesn’t know what she’s talking about, right sweetie?
Grace: Right.
Theme song
Next scene. Living room Niles decorating the big Christmas tree, while CC watches. Jingle bells is playing in the back round.
Niles: You know when you asked me if I needed any help and I said no I didn’t mean it.
CC: I never asked you if you needed help.
Niles: I know!
Fran enters in a red short skirt and a black turtle neck.
CC: Oh Niles you know how I feel about this time of the year. The crowds the people pretending to be happy. Who created this holiday anyways?
Niles & Fran singing: You’re a mean one Miss. Babcock, you really are the grinch. You’re to big to be an elf you’re Santa Claus yourself….
CC: Maxwell!
He enters
Niles & Fran singing: Miss. Babcock. If I had to choose between you and a...
Max: Sorry to interrupt Karaoke night, but I need to talk to Miss. Fine.
Fran (nervously): OH!
Office
Fran: Niles started it!
Max: That’s not what I called you in for.
Fran: Oh, if it’s about something braking it was the kids.
Max: What?
Fran: Nothing.
Max: I called you in here so I could discus Christmas.
Fran: Ok. Here’s my list.
She hands him a small piece of paper.
Max: Is this all?
Fran: Oops that’s Gracie’s.
She hands him a longer paper.
Fran: This is mine.
Max: Thank you but that is not what I called you in for ether.
Fran: Then tell me already!
Max: That’s what I‘ve been trying to do!
Fran: Ok don’t scream. What is it?
Max: Oh great I forgot. Now I remember. Miss. Fine I’m afraid we won’t be spending the holidays together.
Fran: Wha?! Why?!
Max: Well the children will be staying with Jocelyn and Lester, because they want to start trying for their own. And I’ll be away in California for business.
Fran: So it’ll just be me and Niles?
Max: No, CC’s not going.
Fran: So it’ll just be me then. Mr. Sheffield why can’t I go with you?!
Max: Because we’ll be gone for Hanukkah, Christmas, maybe even New Years. You’ll be away from your family for the holidays.
Fran: And where’s your problem?
Max: Miss. Fine.
Fran: Oh alright.
She is about to exit but instead turns around and drops to her knees
Fran: Please! I won’t be any trouble!
Next scene. Living room Niles and CC doing the same thing. Jingle bell rock is now on in the back round.
Niles: Come here I think it’s time this grinch’s heart grew three times its size.
He takes her in his arm and they dance to jingle bell rock. In a tango way.
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring
Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun.
Now the jingle bell hop has begun.
(Fran and Max enter and watch them)
Jingle bell, jingle bell jingle bell rock.
Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time.
Dancing and prancing in jingle bell square.
(Niles spins CC and she grabs on to the rail. So then Fran walks over to Niles and they dance together)
In the frosty air
What a bright time, it’s the right time
To rock the night away
Jingle bell time is a swell time
To go gliding in a one-horse sleigh
Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet
Jingle around the clock
(Niles twirls Fran and grabs CC they dance while Fran and Max dance)
Mix and a mingle in the jingling feet
That’s the jingle bell, that’s the jingle bell
That’s the jingle bell rock.
(Max dips Fran and Niles dose the same except he dips her on Fran so Max is holding both girls. Niles exits)
All three: Niles!
A door closes
Max: Uh-o.
CC & Fran: What?
They fall.
Next scene.
Niles making cookies and Fran watches.
Fran: So. Niles what are we gonnna do for Christmas slash Hanukkah, since the boss is out of town.
Niles: Along with the butler.
Fran: He’s not taking you.
Nikes: I know. CC and I are going on a cruise for the holidays.
Fran: You’re leaving too! Oy! Terrific while I’m here alone or at my mother you’re gonnna be gambling, drinking, dancing, kissing Miss. Babcock and more.
Niles: Ole Ole Ole!
Fran hits him
Niles: Now Miss. Fine I Would love to take you along but…
CC enters.
Niles: The wicked witch of the east has spoken.
CC: Are you still mad about the cruise?
Niles: No, why would you say that?
Fran: Oh you two have the most normal relationship.
CC: Nanny Fine, it’s not our fault my father is the one who gave us the tickets.
Fran: Stuart knows about you two?
Niles: Yes, he sent me a thousand dollars. And a very threatening note.
Next scene
Fran wearing a bright blue skirt and along black top and Max by the door.
Fran: Bye kids. Be good.
Max: Call us when you get there.
Fran: Oh good their gone.
Max: What was that?
Fran: Nothing. So did ya I mean Niles pack for ya already?
Max: Yes. I hope. What do you have planed Miss. Fine?
Fran: Well ya know mop around, cry, by myself alone.
Max: Now Miss. Fine we’ve gone over this...
Fran and Max: I can’t take you, after all this is business.
Fran: Alright go let’s just hope there’s not a hurricane here while you’re gone.
Max: Miss. Fine this is New York.
Fran: Oh. Then let’s hope I don’t get mugged, or kidnapped, or the house catches on fire, or...
Max: Fine you can come.
Fran: Really?
Max: NO.
Fran: Meany!
Next scene
Kitchen Fran Sylvia enters.
Fran: Hi ma.
Sylvia: Bye darling.
Fran: What?
Sylvia: We’re going to Boca.
Fran: Ah! I’ll be right there.
Sylvia: Just me, your father and Yetta.
Fran: Wha? Why not me?!
Sylvia: Sweetheart you’re a grown woman you can stay here with Mr. Sheffield.
Fran: No I can’t he’s going out of town. So are Val, Niles, and CC.
Sylvia: Oh. Ah we’ll bring you a souvenir.
Next scene
December 23.
Niles and cc enter, to see Fran sitting on the couch wearing a red and yellow outfit.
Niles: Now Miss. Fine every thing will be fine.
CC: Yeah. And I left a bottle of rum in the kitchen for you.
Fran: Thank you but I decide I’m just gonna have to make the best of it.
CC: I told you she was fine now let’s get going before that storm starts.
Fran: Niles go I’ll be fine I’m gonna snack on the cookies that ya made, watch some movies and then do something else. Go have a good time. You’re not the one I wanna make feel guilty. Its Mr. Sheffield I want to do that to.
Niles: Alright. See ya Miss. Fine.
Fran: Bye sweetie.
They hug.
Fran: Bye Miss. Babcock.
Niles & CC: Bye. Merry Christmas.
Fran: Happy Hanukkah.
They leave and max enters.
Fran: Well if it isn’t the new grinch?
Max: Miss. Fine.
Fran: Alright I’ll quiet.
Max (under his breath): I doubt it.
Fran: I heard that.
Max: Well I’m off. Merry Christmas Miss. Fine.
Fran: Yeah ya too, Mr. Sheffield.
They hug quickly. He exits
Later Fran in a red robe. She’s shacking her presents when, the doorbell rings.
Fran: I wasn’t doing anything! Oh it’s the doorbell.
She goes to the door opens it and it reveals 3 freezing covered in snow people. By the names of...
Fran: Niles, Miss. Babcock, Mr. Sheffield?! Wha are ya doing here?!
Max: The blasted snow storm.
Niles: Actually it’s now a blizzard.
CC: Quick Nanny Fine where’s that bottle of rum I gave you?
Fran: Oh I through it down the sink it was a little to strong.
CC: What?!
Fran: I’m joking. It’s by the sink.
CC exits
Fran: So when’s you’re next flight?
Niles: Well trip is now cancelled so looks like we’ll be intruding on your Christmas alone. Is that alright?
Fran: Are ya kidding its terrific! I mean yeah it’s alright.
CC enters
Max: I may be able to catch a flight tomorrow.
Niles gives him a look.
Max: Unfortunately I just remembered there is no flight tomorrow.
Fran: So it looks like we’ll be spending Christmas together after all!
Christmas Eve.
Kitchen CC, Niles, Max, and Fran who’s wearing a pink shirt and black tight pants.
Fran: I can’t wait for tonight.
CC: I could do with out it.
Fran: Niles, really wha do ya see in her?
Max: Niles where’s the chocolate cookies?
Fran: Well ya know I thought I’d be alone for the holidays, ya fill in the blanks.
Niles: Sir, why don’t you and Miss. Fine make them?
Fran: Come on Mr. Sheffield.
Max: I don’t know, I mean the last time we cooked was for thanksgiving.
Niles: Yes, and we all know how good you two did. But sir the dough is already all you have to do is get your hands dirty.
Max: Then why aren’t you doing it?
Niles: Alright, I’ll do it but it won’t be my fault if you taste chocolate in tonight’s dinner.
Scene flips
To kitchen max and Fran rolling pieces of chocolate dough in their hands. And Niles cooking while cc watches.
Fran: This reminds me of that I love Lucy episode, where Ricky, Fred, Ethel, and Lucy switch jobs.
Niles: Well what ever you do don’t hit the fly on Mr. Sheffield’s face.
Max: What fly?
Fran: That one.
She puts her finger on his face. Then removes it and a chocolate spot is left in its space.
Max: Miss. Fine.
Fran: That’s Lucy Ricardo.
Later that night
Everyone watching TV with the lights off except for the glimmering Christmas tree lights and fire place. CC and Niles are on the couch cuddling, maxis in the arm chair, while Fran sit on the floor.
Fran: That was a great movie.
CC: We’ve seen that same movie five times. And you’ve said the same thing after each one.
Fran: Well it is a classic.
Max: Well I’m off to bed.
Fran: Wait Mr. Sheffield, its 11:30. Let’s at least open one present.
Niles & CC: Yeah. Please!
Max: Oh alright, but only one.
Scene flips and the fab four are sitting around the Christmas tree surrounded by pieces of rapping paper while eating cookies and drinking eggnog.
Fran: Well that’s the last one.
Niles: Yes, merry Christmas everyone.
Max: Oh you’re right Niles it’s already 4:00 in the morning.
They all say merry Christmas to one another followed by hugs and a long kiss between Niles and CC.
CC: Oh and by the way Nanny Fine thank you for my present. But I think Niles will enjoy it more than I will.
She lifts up a pink top with a martini on it and a blue mini skirt with mini martinis.
Fran: When I saw it I knew it was you.
Max: Well I guess we should go get some sleep.
Fran: I’m not tired.
Niles: Me neither.
CC: Well see you two in the morning.
Niles: Right.
Fran: I thought you said you weren’t tired.
CC & Niles: Who said anything about sleeping?
Max & Fran roll their eyes as Niles and CC start walking
CC: Niles, wait look it’s snowing.
Niles: Look at that it is.
They quickly put on their coats and go outside.
Fran: What are we waiting? Come on.
They put on their coats and are standing under the door watching Niles and cc throw snowballs at each other.
Niles: Hey Miss. Fine, you and Mr. Sheffield are standing under the mistletoe!
Max and Fran look up and see that they are.
CC: You gotta kiss him.
So they give each other a quick peek the lips.
CC & Niles: Ah! Come on!
Niles: We’ll show you how it’s done.
He grabs CC and dips her and they kiss passionately
Fran: Ok enough of the kisses and let’s have a snowball fight!
They start throwing snowballs at each other.
Rocking around the Christmas tree
At the Christmas parties hop
Mistletoe hung where you can see
Ev’ry couple tries to stop
(They are still throwing them and it looks un scripted)

Fran: Ya know what Mr. Sheffield this has been my favorite Christmas yet.
Max: Me too Miss. Fine.
CC: Mine too. Thanks butler boy.
Niles: For what?
CC: Well if it wasn’t for you I’d be at home bitter alone.
Niles: And trying to figure out a way to steal Christmas from all the Ho viels.
Fran: Hey Niles you never said anything about this Christmas being your favorite.
Niles: Eh I’ve had better.
CC and fran throw their pillows at him.
Niles: I’m kidding. This is and probably will always be my favorite Christmas.
Max: Same here.
Fran: So what are we doing next Christmas?
