Where we left off………….. Fran has just been taken and now all the men are looking for her. So now back to the future.

(DESERTED ROOM)
Max, Brighton, Niles and Michael are all in a creepy looking room, they only have a couple more rooms to look through. There searching for every possible thing, like trap doors- anything. They go into one room- the last one there getting worried. "Dad I don’t know he might have left……" Brighton said "Wait LOOK" He points to her head band. "Isn’t that Fr…… Mom’s?"
"Oh Brighton I think it is" Max said a little happier. They search the room for like 15 minuets looking all around they don’t find anything.
"Oh no I guess it was too good to be true." Brighton says "I mean its not like I pull this candelabra and the fire place opens." Brighton said as he pulled on it. Then as he did that the fire place flew open. "WOW"
"Wow" Niles says as he goes in.
"Oh my god." Max says. it’s a really big room. There are chairs and like all this creepy old stuff around it . There’s Fran sitting in her very reviling bra and thong. The guy who Max notices is one of his old backers, Dave Langdon, he let go because he seemed in to much interest to Fran, is in the corner working on something and doesn’t see them. They motion to Fran to keep quite. Which is really hard. Then they go hide in various places. Then Max told Brighton and Michael to go get help they left reluctantly. Max was behind a big chair with Niles. They decided to get him at the right time so they would watch. The anger in Max was so strong, the only thing that kept him from lunging was Niles.
"SO Fran, How do you like it? Since you bit me I have to kill one of your off spring." Dave said as he straddles her, his in his boxers. Fran is tied up with a gag in her mouth, tears start streaming down her face. He starts slowly taking off her bra, then slips her thong down. This is when they where going to make there move. Max couldn’t handle it was his territory and he was treating her. He couldn’t stand to watch her cry, Niles was going to take the golf club that was in the corner, and hit him then Max was going to help or go to Fran. Niles and Max slowly crept up behind him with one swift whack he was out. Fran felt uncomfortable being naked and couldn’t do anything about it. The first thing Max does before untying her or anything he puts her bra on. The slips her thong back up then unties her. He hugs her so close as if he was holding on for dear life.
"Oh I thought I lost you- That, that Creep! How he has the right to do that to you, Are you alright?" Max said
"Oh my god! Oh my GOD! I’m better now that I’m with you. I was so scared I thought you would never find me how did you find me?" Fran asked in tears
"Well it was quite funny. Brighton said I don’t know dad its not like I pull on this and the fireplace opens, and it did. Oh darling did he do anything to you?" Max asks trying to cover up his wife. Her bra is torn so it doesn’t cover up that much. Niles had left to go get some one. They sat there holding each other. Niles had left to go get someone. Like 10 minuets later the whole family came in. Gracie came over to them.
"Um Mom I have a robe for you, it came from a girl as part of her costume, here." Gracie hands it to Max, and he puts it on her.
"Thanks Baby, I love you so much." Fran says as she hugs her then she hugs everyone else, " Thank you all of you guys I was so afraid I would not see you again. Gosh I just want to go home."
"Yeah I sent everyone home and that we would have a big Christmas party. So now we can just go home." Michael said
"Why thank you." Max said as the police come in "She really doesn’t feel like talking and we will be contacting you tomorrow Officer, here’s my number. Make sure he is locked up good. I don’t want him anywhere near my wife. We will really be ready to talk tomorrow ."
"Well I guess it would be best but no later. Until this thing is cleared up I don’t want her leaving the house. Then there where be a court date of course. I think we have him on kidnapping, Rape and anything, peeping tamlary, and stalking, threats. Yes I do believe we got him. I’m really sorry we didn’t take this more seriously. Well then we’ll come over tomorrow and get her side of it. Go home now we’ll clean up here." The officer said
"Yes well thank you. Lets go home." Max said as he took Fran by the shoulders.

(MASTER BEDROOM, BACK AT HOME)
He took her home. She really didn’t say anything on the way home or in the house. When they got home everyone went to bed. Max took Fran up stairs to there bathroom, so she could take a shower. Max tried to leave her so she could shower but she didn’t want to be alone. So they went into the shower together and Fran just broke down and cried in her husbands arms. The hot water was beating down on them. "There, There darling everything’s ok now. I’m here and I’m never going to leave you." Max said in a reassuring voice. After she cried she started to scrub her self, really hard. "Darling your going to end up hurting your self."
"No I need to get him off of me. I feel like a worthless piece of garbage I need to get clean" Fran cried
"No, Fran you are not a worthless piece of garbage, that scum who hurt you is." Max said "Now lets just go to bed. The police are coming at ten in the morning." Max looks at her body "Oh Darling there are bruises all over you. And look at all those cuts." Max never really looked at her before. There where bruises all down her stomach her arms, thighs, and legs. "Does any where hurt in particular?"
"Oh all over. I don’t think I can tell the police what happened." Fran said as the got out of the shower.
"Oh darling I believe in you. You can do it." Max said
"oh you always make me feel better, honey." Fran said. They where climbed into their bed. She snuggled under the blanket and into his arms. He put them protectively around her. He was so tired and Max feel asleep instantly. Fran fell asleep but any little noise would freak her out. And she would start getting paranoid. Then after a while they fell asleep and Fran had a horrible dream. That creep had her and killed all of her family, right when he was about to kill Max, he woke her up.
Darling, Darling. Its just a bad dream. I’m hear and no one is going to get you. I mean it. I love you so much. Just go back to sleep. I will be right here. I wont leave." Max said
"Oh Max he’s going to get all of us I have a feeling. Oh I’m so scared I don’t think I ca- ca- can sleep" Fran started to sob.
"I wont let anyone get you. I got Extra security windows in our room. The door is locked, the whole house is locked. No one will get us, Over my dead body." Max said
"That’s exactly what I’m afraid of." Fran said starting to cry again. "I’m afraid because of this stupid guy wanting me, he’s going to kill the rest of our family to get to me. I couldn’t handle if we lost one of the family. If, If I lost you." Now Fran was hyper-ventilating.
"Fran. Calm down. He’s in jail tonight. He’s not going to get any of our children and I mean it. Now just calm down and try to sleep." Max said as he pulled her down and collected her in his arms. Then he gave her a very passionate kiss. "I love you."
"I love you too." Fran said

(NEXT MORNING 8:00 AM MASTER BEDROOM)
The police are suppose to come at 10:00 AM. Max stirs in is sleep. Then he wakes up he looks over at the clock. "Oh my god. Its 8. It takes Fran like 3 hours to get ready." Max says as he looks over at his wife. "Gosh she looks so peaceful." Max thinks to him self. He gives her a kiss on the lips. Fran started to stir. "Good morning Darling"
"Oh was it all a nightmare? Oh no it wasn’t." Fran said
"Oh everything will be ok. But the police will be here in 2 hours so you should get dressed." Max said as he got out of bed and put his robe on. "I’m going to go get Gracie to ask to help with the twins and triplets. don’t worry about them. I’ll be back in a half an hour. Then we can go have breakfast. You will be ok."
"Oh alright honey. I guess. You will be back in a half a hour?" Fran said as she got up and put her bra on.
"Yes I promise." Max said as he gave her a kiss and left the room.
"Ok Fran I can get dressed." Fran said to herself. Fran went into her and Max’s closet and looked for an outfit. She first tried a skirt but then changed her mind. She pulled out a pair of jeans and a turtle neck. Then she went into there bathroom and put on her make-up. It was very subtle. Then she did her hair. She Just ran a brush through it and then pulled it back. As she was walking out of the bathroom Max was just coming in. He was shocked to see Fran dressed but with no big hair, make-up, or tight clothing. She looked very pale.
"Fran darling are you alright? IT only took you 20 minuets to get dressed what’s wrong? You look very pale. Why don’t you lie down while I get dressed then we can go down stairs together, ok?" Max asks had he hugs Fran
"Yeah I guess. Right now I feel violated if I wore tight clothing. And I just really don’t feel like looking my best right now. I’ll wait for you. Its 9:15 right now" Fran said as she collapsed on the bed. Max went into the bathroom and got ready. He came out and Fran was just starring at the ceiling.
"Are you ready darling, Niles has breakfast?" Max said as he helped Fran up
"I guess so." Fran said. Max could feel Fran lean against him. He held her tight. Down stairs the kids were very quiet, It was like they didn’t want to say anything wrong, They saw how she looked. It mad them even more sad. They all where very quiet because they saw her outfit. Breakfast was quiet the kids excused them-self’s and took the triplets and the twins. So it left Fran Max, Niles, and C.C. Max looked at his watch it said 5 to 10
He slowly reached under the table and grabbed Fran’s hand. Just then the door bell rang. Niles went to get it "Oh my god." Fran started to shake. "honey can you please ask Niles and C.C to go watch the kids.. I don’t want them to hear this."
"Oh of course." Max said as he helped Fran out of her chair. "Umm C.C should you do me a favor. Could you keep everyone out of the living room. Tell Niles the same. And I don’t want you there either. This Is private. Please"
"Oh sure Max." C.C said as she went into the kitchen.
Max guided Fran to the living room. There where two cops. They where on the couch. "Thank you Niles that will be all." Max said as Niles left. "Hello, So tell me what happened to that scum?"
"Well he’s out on bail right now but until we get your side of the story to get a trial we really cant say. So now Mrs. Sheffield please tell me what happened we have to be out of here by 10:30 so lets just get this over with." The officer said
"Oh my god he’s out right now!" Max said angrily
Fran looked over at Max. He was sitting very close to her holding her hand. "Max I really didn’t tell you the whole story. Ok well it started when the lights went out. He grabbed me and put his hand over my mouth and dragged me off upstairs to that room. He started calling me bitch, hoe and slut. I tried to get away but he hit me. Then he ripped my clothes off and left me in my bra and thong. He threw me down and started to kiss me all over my body, then he took his clothes off and entered into me. I was screaming and crying. So then he just put a gag on me. Then he proceeded to push into me harder and harder. Then he slipped my thong up and then took odd my bra. He-he started to suck on my chest." Fran started to sob then Max took her into his arms. He was starting to get mad. He had no idea that he did this to her. "Then he threw me over to this post thing and tied me up. He started beating me- that’s why I have all those burses. Then he just started to kiss me all over. He had really bad breath. He said if I put up a fight he would kill my whole family. Then I heard them outside of the room. I wanted to scream but I couldn’t. For the time that they where in there, I tried to figure out a diversion he took off my gag but made me kiss him, he started to kiss me then I bit him really hard. He went of in the corner by the sink and was cleaning it off. That’s when I saw Niles and Max and then well you no the rest." Fran said as she started crying she was shaking
"Fran darling its ok. He’s not going to get you. Calm down." Max said. He was really mad. He had no idea he had relations for her. He felt truly sad for his wife.
"Now where you injured in anyway?" The officer said writing on his little note pad.
"Well I have a lot of bruises. I’m just sore. Well yeah I’m really emotionally hurt. Really the only men I trust is well, Max, Nile, B daddy and Michael." Fran said sobbing. Max was holding on to her now.
"Yes well you have been through an ordeal. I should say like there's a more than 90 percent chance that there will be a trial. So now we have enough again to get him back in jail. Basically He’s done in. This is enough. So we really need to be going now. Have a good day and believe me things will get better. Goodbye." The officer said as he exited

(ONE AND A HALF WEEKS LATER, OFFICE)
Fran hadn’t got any better. She was very clingy to Maxwell. Max promised that he want going to work until the triplets where older but he had to do some monthly projects. He was in the office with C.C. Fran was playing with the kids. She didn’t go out unless Max was with her. Niles comes in. "Sir the police want to talk to you or Mrs. Sheffield. I figured that you would be better. By the way dinner will be ready in and hour." Niles says as he sand Max the phone. Max mouths thanks.
"Maxwell Sheffield here." Max says into the receiver. "yes? (pause) really? Yes ok we’ll be there yes ok thank you officer, WHAT really how can he? (pause) there’s no way. Oh well that’s not enough good bye." Max hung up the phone.
"Who was that on the phone Maxwell?" C.C asked
"Oh it was the police. They have set a trial date. I don’t know if I can get Fran to say that all over again, Well its right after thanksgiving so really I don’t know. I mean that guy really did something to her. I love her so much and it hurts me to see her like that. I think I might take her on a little weekend away. Do you mind watching the kids I mean you don’t have to but I would really appreciate it." Max said rubbing her temples.
"yes of course. I really don’t mind, I have Mitilda and the boy, and Greta, I mean oooooh, I mean hang on I got this. Maggie, B, and Grace. Yeah." C.C said. But she was interrupted screaming then Grace came in.
"Daddy! Daddy! Mom needs you. She went out side to go get the mail and she came back In crying Oh my GOD! And she ran upstairs you can hear her sobbing. I though you should handle this." Gracie sounded really worried
"Oh my. Yes I’m going right now" Max said as he ran up to their room. He saw Fran sitting on the floor, rocking back an forth crying. "Oh my god Fran. Darling what happened?"
"Oh Ma-Max it was horrible. I got the guts to go get the mail and h-h-he was watching me from across the street! I got so scared I thought he was in jail? Thank god you’re here. Don’t leave me PLEASE!" Fran laid in Max’s arms
"WHAT! Are you sure it was him. He has a restraining order, He cant be by you. OH I got him now. Well now, the trial date is set for November 28th. I love you so much. don’t be worried about anything. Nothing can happen. " Max said kissing her neck.
"oh you always make me feel better. I love you so much. The trials coming up? Oh ok. I cant believe he was right there! Well across the street but. I feel so violated" Fran said starting to calm down because Max was kissing her.
"I was thinking that we get away for a week, just you and me. We will still get our Christmas family trip. We can go anywhere you want. We wont tell anyone just the numbers. I have really missed you. WE can go anywhere any where you want to secluded." Max asked kissing her.
"Oh I love you I would go anywhere with you as long as I’m with you. I have always wanted to go to the Florida Keys. Its secluded, and beautiful." Fran said
"Ok then. I will make all of the arrangements. We will leave tomorrow. Start packing my sweet. Why don’t you take a nap I will be up with you in an hour or so." Max kissed her and left.

(NEXT DAY MASTER BEDROOM 10:00 am)
Fran is laying down on the bed playing with her wedding ring, both of their suitcases are packed. "Oh Fran there you are. I have all of the arrangements. Our flight leaves today at 6:00 pm. We will be going to key west. Then there’s a little island where we will have a house. Everything is stocked up in there. We will stay their for a week then for the next weeks we will visit the rest of the keys in a convertible. How does that sound?" Max said laying on the bed next to her.
"Oh it sounds wonderful. I’m starting to feel kind of better since we will be all alone, I mean you didn’t tell anyone, did you?" Fran said quietly
"no I only told Niles the numbers. No one knows except for you and me.
