Imagine that we are in season 4; you know Max and Fran are flirting all the time. Niles kind of has a crush on C.C.

(In the Office)

C.C. = "Maxwell, can I ask you a question?"

Max = "Sure what is it"

C.C. = "Well, we’ve known each other for so long and I was just wondering if you wanted to go out to dinner?"

Max = "C.C. are you asking me out on a date?"

C.C. = "Would you say yes if I was?"

Max = "Maybe, but don’t you think you should ask me first?"

C.C. = "Maxwell will you go on a date with me?"

Max = "C.C. you’re a beautiful and intelligent woman, why not?"

C.C. = "Wow, that was easier than I though it would be"

Max = "I have been waiting for you to ask me, you know you’ve been hinting around for so long"

C.C. = "Well Maxwell, it’s because I like you"

Max = "Come on, why don’t we go to dinner now"

C.C. = "Well aren’t you in a great mood today, that’s fine with me I just need to visit the powder room first"

Max = "Take your time"

(In the Butler’s Pantry)

Max = "Niles, I am going out to dinner with C.C., if the kids need me tell them to call my cell phone"

Niles = "Dinner, Miss. Babcock? On a date!!??"

Max = "Actually yes I am going on a date with C.C."

Niles = "What are you thinking?"

Max = "Are you jealous?"

Niles = "Don’t be silly, have fun"

Max = "If you don’t want me to go on a date with C.C. just say so."

Niles = "I was just shocked, I never thought you liked Miss. Babcock"

Max = "I don’t know id I do but I should give her a chance, don’t you think?"

Niles = "I Guess so"

(Niles really was not liking this date idea, but he couldn’t tell Max not to go out with C.C. because then his feelings would finally be revealed.)

(In The Kitchen)

Fran = "Where’s Mr. Sheffield?"

Niles = "On a date"

Fran = "With who?"

Niles = "Miss. Babcock"

Fran = "Miss. Babcock?? O.k. jokes over, where is he"

Niles = "It’s not a joke, they really went out on a date"

Fran = "I can’t believe the nerves of him, how could he do this? I have to tell him how I feel before anything happens between them. Where did they go?"

Niles = "He didn’t tell me where he was going, but he usually goes to Red Roses ( A Romantic Restaurant) for the very few dates that he goes on."

Fran = "Oh Niles, thank you so much but why are you talking this so… so calmly?"

Niles = "I don’t know Miss. Fine, I like Miss. Babcock but she is always going to want Mr. Sheffield as her lover"

Fran = "Not if I could help it. Call me a cab please."

Niles = "You’re going to Red Roses, jut please be careful"

Fran = "Don’t worry Niles, everything is going to be fine"

Niles = "I Hope so"

Fran = "Cheer up, it’s not like they’re getting married"

Niles = "I need to talk to Miss. Babcock, I just hope she doesn’t laugh at me"

Fran = "Trust me she won’t"

(In the Cab)

Fran = "Can you please take me to Red Roses please"

Cabdriver = "Meeting someone there?"

Fran = "Kind of"

Cabdriver = "Oh, I get it, you’re love is in that restaurant with another woman"

Fran = "How did you know that?"

Cabdriver = "The dress gave it away, a dress like that you only wear when you’re trying to make another woman look bad" (They both shared a laugh)

Fran = "Wow, it’s only a little something I pulled out of my closet"

Cabdriver = "Well, it looks very nice, I wish I could talk to you more but we’re here at Red Roses, Good Luck"

Fran = "Thanks"

(As soon as Fran walked into the restaurant Fran saw Max and C.C. They were sitting down having a conversation; they both looked like they were having a good time. Fran didn’t know whether or not to approach Max and interrupt their conversation but she began to get scared. She wouldn’t let her emotions get over her, so she slowly walked over to the table)
