First scene takes place right when Niles had entered on roller blades. But this time both Niles and CC enter on roller blades. CC is holding on to Niles’ arm very tight.
Fran: Hey wha are ya two doing now?
CC: It’s Niles’ stupid let’s be healthy. That way we can live for along time together, junk.
Niles: She’s been like that the whole time. It took us 45 minutes to go around.
Fran: Well that’s not so bad.
Niles: When you’re going around Central Park, not when you’re going around the block.
Rest of the scene until the part where Niles hands max the pass port.
Fran: Meanwhile Niles an’t where’n a bathing suite.
Niles: I am in this one.
CC: I’ll take that.
She skates off and is right in front of the door, she is about to fall when Niles catches here and they exit.
Now remember all the scenes until they show them Back in New York.
Niles: Alright children I’m off to run an erne and until Sylvia arrives CC is in charge.
Maggie, B., Gracie, and CC: Aw!
Niles gives CC a quick peck on the lips, grabs his coat and is out the door. Just when he opens it Sylvia and Yetta are standing there. He exits.
Sylvia: So who wants to play a game?
They all separate and run in different directions. Even Yetta.
Next scene is where the phone rings and max answers and well you know how it goes
Max: Miss. Fine please don’t go.
Fran: I’m sorry I can’t.
Max: Niles… just had a heart attack.
Fran: Oh my God.
Next scene in a plane.
Fran’s thoughts: Oh my God Niles is dying and Mr. Sheffield’s hurting me again. Oh I’m not goanna last if Niles doesn’t make it. Oh God he’s probably fighting for his life right now. With those two shock things, up on his chest, or what if they had to open him up.
She shivers.
And how could Mr. Sheffield do that to me. I wonder what he’s thinking now.
She looks at him.
Max thoughts: Oh God this terrible why did I do that what am I going to do now. I nearly lost her, until... CC called. God I need to talk to Niles now. What if I can’t talk to him any more? How will I survive without his advice? I’ve always needed his advice. We’ve all needed it, everyone. I need to find out what happening, I better call CC. Oh God I didn’t even take it to consideration about how she must be feeling, probably the same way I felt when Sarah died.
At that moment Fran and Max looked at each other and could see the other one was worried.
Fran& Max: He’ll be fine.
Next scene is right after cc jumps on the body and the doctor enters.
Max: Doctor I’m here for Niles.
Doc: Oh yes would you like to see him?
Fran&Max: Oh God yes.
Doc: Are you family?
Fran & Max: No.
Doc: He’s in there. Go on in.
Max: But…
Fran: Ya heard the man.
They go in
Fran: He looks so peaceful.
Max: Yes. So tell us doctor, what caused the heart attack?
Doc: Well two things some stress and the salty food he’d been eating. I think I’ll leave you two alone. He’s unconscious but you should still talk to him.
He exits
Fran: I’ve never seen him lye so still.
Max: I know. God I don’t know what I’ll do if we lose him.
Fran: Hey we’re not gonna lose him.
Max: I know but I can’t stop thinking about.
Fran: I know. Ya know it’s alright if ya wanna cry.
Max with tears in his eyes: He’s always always been there for me.
Fran with tears in her eyes: For all of us.
Max: And I’ve never paid him back. Never even tried.
Fran: I don’t think any of us have.
Max: But I might as well be the one who caused this.
Fran: Hey listen to me. Don’t you ever think that this was your entire fault, it was all of our faults. So do you wanna go get Miss. Babcock?
Max: Yeah.
Fran: Oh but Mr. Sheffield ya better wipe those tears or she’ll come, jump on him, and kill him.
Max: Oh right. Don’t go anywhere.
He exits
Fran: Oh I’m not going anywhere for along time.
She says as she messes with Niles’ hair.
Next scene takes place after the kitchen scene.
Dining room
Fran: So kids what do you have planed for tomorrow?
Kids: I don’t know.
Max: CC are you alright?
CC: Um yeah. Maxwell I think I’m going to call it a night.
Max: Why don’t you stay in the guest room tonight?
CC: No thank you Maxwell, please call me on my cell phone if you here anything about Niles. Good or…
Fran: Miss. Babcock there’s not going to be a bad.
Grace: You don’t know that! You didn’t see it happen!
She exits running
Fran: I’ll go.
Next scene Gracie’s room.
Fran: Gracie sweetie what’s wrong?
Grace: Nothing! Now go away I h…
Fran: Angel, where you gonna say you hate me?
Grace: No. I mean yeah.
Fran: Alright sweetie what’s up?
Grace: Fran I’m scared, everyone I love gets hurt.
Fran: Wha do ya mean?
Grace: Well first my mom, and now Niles. What if you or dad are…
Fran: Oh sweetie. There is no harm in loving people.
Grace: But still.
Fran: Is that why you were going to say hate me?
Grace: Yeah.
Fran: Oh sweetie just think you’re scared of losing people you love, and you think if you pretend to hate them they won’t die right?
Grace: Yeah. How’d you know?
Fran: Let’s just call it nannies intuition.
Sweetie I promise people loving people is not gonna kill them. Cause if they did you would be dead.
Grace: Thanks Fran. Can you take me to go see Niles after school?
Fran: Sure Sweetie. Night.
Grace: Night Fran.
Fran closes the door and is in the hallway where Max is standing.
Fran: Taking Niles’ place?
Max: You and I both know no one could. Thank you Miss Fine.
Fran: No problem. After all I am the nanny.
Max: Do you hear that?
Fran: What?
Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
There’s a land I heard of once in a lullaby.
Max: That.
Fran: Yeah. Where’s it coming from?
Now you here Niles voice.
Niles os: Somewhere over the rainbow, skies are blue.
And dreams that you dare to dream really do come true.
Come on cc.
CC os: No.
Niles: Come on.
CC: Oh fine.
Max & Fran go into Niles room.
CC os: Someday I’ll wish upon a star. And wake up where the clouds are far be hind me.
They see CC asleep on Niles bed holding the duster as the song plays.
Niles & CC os: Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops. That’s where you’ll find me.
Max and fran put cc under the covers
Niles & CC os: Some where over the rainbow blue birds fly. Blue birds fly over the rainbow why can’t I? Someday I’ll wish upon a star, and wake up where the clouds are far be hind me.
Fran looks at a picture that is on the bed side. It’s a picture taken at Christmas. Niles is wearing a black turtle neck and a Santa hat, while CC is wearing a black slim dress and they have their arms around each other.
Niles & CC: Where troubles melt like lemon drops away on the chimney tops. That’s where you’ll find me.
Fran and max leave as the camera shows cc sleeping.
Niles and cc os: Somewhere over the rainbow blue birds fly. Blue birds fly over the rainbow well then oh why can’t I?
Now the scene goose into the hospital room where Niles is asleep and a nurse is checking the iv thing.
Niles and CC os: If happy little blue birds fly beyond the rainbow then why oh why can’t I?
Next scene cc in a gift shop looking around wearing jeans and a gray sweat shirt.
Then Niles sneaks up behind her and wraps his arms around her. He’s wearing a black shirt and black pants.
CC: Niles! What are you doing here you should be resting.
Niles: I’ll rest as soon as I show you something.
They’re in front of his room and he opens the door. Inside there’s candles rose petals and just the way you look tonight is playing.
CC: Niles you know we can’t.
Niles: I know and I’m not trying to do that. Now come here and dance with me.
They start to dance.
CC: Oh God, Niles don’t you ever do that again. I thought I’d loose you.
Niles: Well it wasn’t a picnic for me either. What you do if you did loose me?
CC: I don’t know.
Niles: Neither do I. Isn’t it funny if something were to happen to us, 6 months ago the other one would be dancing on the other person’s grave.
CC: Wow 6 months.
Niles: Yes. CC?
CC: Hmm?
Niles: I’ve been thinking. I love you so much. And after the heart attack I’ve realized you mean everything to me. If it weren’t for you I wouldn’t be here today. I love you and if you let me I will love you for the rest of your life.
He gets down on one knee
Niles: So Babs, will you marry me? And if you think this is because of the heart attack you couldn’t be more wrong.
CC: Niles, I love you but…
Niles: But. Right, don’t worry I’m…
CC: Niles I’m kidding. I would love to marry you!
Niles lifts her up and they kiss. He then puts her down and starts to grab his chest.
Niles: Oh God!
CC: What?! Do you want me to get a doctor? How about…
Niles: Two can play your game baby. Come here.
CC: You’re full of surprises aren’t you butler boy?
He takes out a 5 carrot diamond ring, and slips it on her finger.
CC: Oh Niles it’s beautiful.
They kiss crying is heard.
Niles: You can come in now.
Fran and max enter.
Fran: We were just passing through.
CC: We’re engaged!
Fran: AH!
Fran pushes cc and hugs Niles. They all hug and congratulate as the scene fades.
Next scene Niles and cc dancing to wonderful tonight. We just watch them looking into each others eyes. And when the song ends Niles dips her brings her back up and they kiss.

So what did ya think? Well be sure to let me know. Somewhere over the rainbow dose not belong to me, but I think it's a beautiful song. The episode Fran's gotta have it doesn't belong to me either, I just wanted to change it to go with my story. Anyways hope you enjoyed, and you nanny people can have the characters back now. But I may want to barrow them again next week..
