Mr. Sheffield and Fran are arguing about her play, the kids, and their relationship.
(if they even have one)
"You ARE the nanny!" Max said with an 'obviously' look.
"And that's all you want me to be!" Fran complained with a truly sad note in her voice.
After Fran said that, Max's eyes started to shine he knew then that she did love him back.
She saw his eyes and she made herself calm down.
"No, actually, I want you to be more than the nanny. I want you to be mine forever." A rather calm existence in his voice.
"What are you talking about Maxwell, she's the nanny? If you ask me, you could have even done better than Sarah!" C.C. spat out in a mean tone.
Max turned around and with his eyes told her to take it back.
"Sorry." She muttered.
Fran's mouth made that perfect 'O' shape. But then she saw Max crying and quickly recovered. She went over to him and he immediately hugged her.
"Shhhh, it's O.K. Don't worry. At least no one can hurt her anymore." She whispered as if she were comforting one of the kids.
He grabbed her hand, and dragged her to his bedroom. Then he asked, "Will you comfort me tonight?"
"Sure." she uttered. "But I don't want to do anything rash."
He simply smiled and went to sleep almost at once. She on the other hand wanted to go and scold C.C., but after a while she just didn't seem to care what she had said. Then 5 minutes later she herself was asleep.
Downstairs: Niles and C.C. got drunk and fall asleep leaning on each other. Content smile on their
faces.
The next morning found Niles and C.C. in each others arms. Just cuddling. They both found a new love. (and sex life)
Although in the Master Bedroom, lay Fran and Max tightly clutched together. Fran was already awake when Max awoke. She had been for a good half an hour.
"You know, I had the perfect dream last night." Max stated.
"Oh yeah, what was it about?" Fran asked kind of interested now.
"It was about me and you as a married couple. And of course Maggie, Brighton, and Gracie were in it.
All was right with world."
"Was it really all that great with me there?" she asked timidly.
He pulled her close to him and gave her a kiss that made her feel faint. She of course, was immediately turned on.
When they came up for air she looked at him and said, "You know, if you were in the 'tongue olympics' you would have won the gold medal, wow!"
"Fran, I love you! You make me laugh and you care so much about the kids, and me. I have a question to ask you 'Will you MARRY ME?"
Fran had tears in her eyes at this point and all she could manage was a small nod. Max then got off the bed and went to the other side to lift Fran up and twirl her in the air with happiness in both their hearts. He then went to his door to call out to the kids. The kids came running because they thought something was wrong. When they were all gathered around including Niles and C.C., he told them the news about his news. Hugs and kisses were everywhere. After that C.C. herself hugged Fran and Max and said she was sorry.
They all got ready and went out to breakfast (all of them). After that the went to Tiffany's to buy a beautiful and the most expensive engagement ring for Fran. At the time they got home from their really nice day. They decided to go to bed. Max walked Fran to her room and softly leaned against her to give her a very heated kiss. Fran had to hold on to him so she wouldn't fall.
He then softly said, "I love you, and Goodnight."
She kissed him again. This was just a sweet peck. Then she said "I love you too, and Goodnight."
Fran went into her bedroom, got into her pajama's and immediately went to sleep and dreamt about the wedding, their wedding.
Max went into his bedroom, got into his pajama's and immediately went to sleep dreaming about their future Honeymoon.
Both had smiles on their faces.
