Fran wanted to surprise Max by getting another tatoo on her backside, since having the other one removed, she wanted one which has a heart, and Max and Fran forever on it. She knew she couldn't tell her mother, since the big deal was made before on the one she had removed.

"Absolutely not!" Max said. "I will not allow it, Fran!" Max said. "Oh, honey, why not?" Fran said. "Fran, our love is complete, you don't need a tatoo." Max said. "Well, the one I had before, you wanted to see it." she said. "In fact, you tripped over your tongue with wanting to see it so bad." she said.

"It's different now, we are married, I know every inch of you now." Max said with a grin. "Yes, honey, I know, and it's fun to." Fran said with a wink. "If I want a tatoo I should be allowed, as long as it is for your eyes only." Fran said.

"Fran, you had better not get one, or else." Max said. "Or else what, mista?" Fran asked. "Ooooh, believe me, you don't want to find out." he said. Fran had an idea of what he meant. "Well, you would hafta catch me, mista." she said playfully.

"Oh, I would catch you, darling." Max said. He runs after her, and she playfully runs, but he picks her up and tickles her. "Now, you give up this nonsense, alright?" he said. "Oh, Max, you are such a spoiler." Fran teases.

"Do you remember how sore your touches was when the last tatoo was removed?" Max asked. "How could I forget?" Fran said. "I had to use my doughnut pillow for quite a while. "Well, the pain pales in comparison to if you get another tatoo." Max said.

Fran decided another topic would probably be better. They make their way down for breakfast. Max teases her all the way to breakfast. "My wife, wanting a tatoo, how silly." he said. "Oh, honey, I will forget it for now,ok?" "Well, I won't change my mind, Fran." Max said.

They eat breakfast, and Brighton teases, " Hey, mom, so are you getting another tatoo?" "According to your Father, I am not." Fran said. "Maybe I should get one." Brighton said. "B, don't go there." Fran said. By now, Max is patting her under the table.

"Hey, I might meet a chick this way." Brighton said. "Brighton, there will be no tatoos. "Max chided. "Just kidding,Dad." Brighton said. They all laugh. What Max doesn't know, is Fran is going through with it this very day.

She figures once he would see the tatoo, it would change his mind. She waits until Max leaves for his meeting. Fran then rushes to get ready, and she leaves. Niles asks, "You're getting the tatoo aren't you?" "Yes, Niles, and don't tell Max." she said.

Fran goes to the tatoo parlor, and she is a little scared. She remembers the pain of the first one. She almost leaves, but the person who does the tattooing came in. "what can I do ya for?" she said. "I want a tatoo." Fran said.

Fran tells her what she wants. "Alright, come on back." she said. "Do you keep everything sanitized?" Fran asked. "Yes," we do."she said. They begin, and Fran winces., but in thirty minutes, she had her tatoo. She pays the lady, and out she goes.

"Ow, it's painful." she said, but worth it."Fran smiles. On the ride home, she used her doughnut pillow. "How are you going to tell Mr.Sheffield?" Niles asked. "I don't know, Niles, and this pillow would be a sure giveaway." Fran said.

Niles laughed. "He is going to freak, you know it!" Niles said. "I know, Niles, but it's done, and I am keeping it. "Ow, "she said. Fran remembers her husband's words from the morning. "Oy," I hate to think of his reaction." Fran said.

Max arrived home, and Fran tried to act normal. She had hoped her touchas would feel better, but it was still sore from the tatoo. She had to sit at the table without her pillow, and she tried to act normal.

Max noticed her fidgeting. "Fran, what's wrong?" he asked. "Nothing." she answered. She made herself sit still, it wasn't easy. When Max wasn't looking, she would wince. He would turn back around, and she'd smile.

"Fran, did you do something?" Max asked. "No, honey." she said. "How was your meeting?" she asked. "It went rather well, actually." Max said. Niles kept making off the wall comments, trying to make Fran feel guilty.

Fran finally got mad, "Niles, knock it off." she said. Max looked at Fran, "What is wrong with you?" he asked. "Nothing." Fran said. Max was getting a little annoyed. "Alright Fran, you either have or will be doing something I am against, you had better tell me what it is." he said.

Niles was laughing. "shut up, Niles." Fran said. The kids were all out with plans, and Fran was glad. Fran is done, and goes upstairs. Max said, "Fran, tell me." "Oh, nothing, Max, "I went shopping, and got into an arguement with the sales lady." she said.

Fran had to think of something fast. She hated lying, but she wasn't ready for Max to know about the tatoo. That night, Fran and Max make love, and it was dark, so Max didn't see the tatoo.

The next day, she waited for Max to go downstairs before she got dressed. She showered, and she noticed the pain was better, but heat was coming from the tatoo site. She dismissed it as an afer effect.

While downstairs, Niles and Max were talking. "so she told you?" Niles asked. "I can say you're taking it well." Niles said. "She was real worried you'd have a cow for the tatoo." Niles slipped it out.

"THE WHAT!" Max said. "She told me she went shopping and had a arguement with the sales girl." Max said.

"Oops." Niles said. Max marched upstairs, and was fuming. Fran was in the shower. He looks at her from outside the shower, she doesn't see him. When she comes out, Max scares her, because she didn't know he was there.

"Turn around!" Max said. "Stop trying to hide it, Fran, Niles spilled it out!" he said. Fran turns around. Max sees it. "Francine!" "I told you no tatoo!" he said. Max looks closer, "It looks infected, Fran!" Max said.

He no sooner got the words out, when Fran faints. Max catches her. He rushes Fran to the hospital. She comes to. The Doctor starts antibiotics, and keeps her in the hospital overnight. Max was glad she was going to be ok.

Now he could focus on what he would do with her about this. "Francine!' "Remember what I told you?" he asked. "Yes, Max." Fran said. "As soon as you are well, you're getting it removed." Max said. "But, Max!" Fran said.

"No, you can't keep it." Max said. "I am restricting you for a while, no allowance, and you are not shopping for a while." Max said. "Max!" Fran said. "Oh, and when you are well, I am doing what I told you I would do." Max said.

"I suppose I deserve it. "Fran said. "Yes, and you will recieve it." Max said. "Max, I am sorry." she said. "I don't know what I was thinking." she said. "I am sorry for lying to you." she said.

Max made good on his promise. When she was well, and had the tatoo removed, and recovered, Max gave her everything he said he would. Needless to say, Fran had to use her doughnut pillow, and she was on restriction to.

"Oy, tatoos, definately not worth it." Fran said. She rubs her touchas.
