Maxwell is sleeping. Chester runs in with Fran's clothes, drops them on Maxwell's face without waking him up. Maxwell starts screaming '' Fran oh Fran, I love you! '' while Fran is on her way downstairs. She hears this and thinks maybe now he will wake up hearing himself say this and think that's right I do love her! I should have never taken back "the thing". Maxwell comes running down stairs calling Fran by her fist name, as dose she. "Fran oh Fran, did you hear what I was saying in my sleep?"

"Yes, yes I did Maxwell." "Well I was thinking about what I said and I..." "Yes Maxwell, yes?" "I was thinking if you did hear it ... " Why is Miss Babcock sleeping over hear again?" Says Niels completely interrupting Maxwell, Which leaves Fran very angry.

" Niels, Chester needed a place to stay AGAIN so I let her stay too." "ALRIGHT ALREADY! " "Now Maxwell, [sigh] what was it you wanted to tell me?" "Oh, yes why don't you come into my office?" "Well okay, [whispering] just let me disconnect the intercom." " Well what I was going to say was Fran, I did not want you to hear what I said and take it the wrong way." "NOT AGAIN!" "Miss Fine I was sleeping!" [crying] "You're calling me MISS FINE again!" [not crying anymore] "I thought the next time you said I love you to me you would mean it." "I mean I thought ..." "But I did not say it to you I said it while I was sleeping." " Ya well next time think before you sleep!" [running out.] [later that day] "Mr. Sheffield I am sorry, I thought this would be the time when you said you did love me." "Miss Fine I don't no what to say?" "How bought, I love you , marry me!" "Miss Fine!" [hugging] "Miss Fine I do care very deeply about you, and someday we might get married, who knows?" "Well Mr. Sheffield I car about you too, and I know we are going to get married because inside of both of us I think there I think we do love eachother a little bit and that will keep growing until one day we will love eachother so much, we get married!" [ they walk away hugging] Then you hear C.C. screaming, " WHY?" YOU HEAR HER SAYING TO NILES HE DID NOT EVEN DISAGREE WITH HER !
