	6.1 The Honeymoon's Overboard	After Fran and Max tell everyone about their harrowing experience on the island and make the break for the stairs, check out the window on the stair case---it's still strong daylight. Which really doesn't become a problem till the continuation in the next episode, when we pick up where we left off and Fran has kept Maxwell waiting 45 minutes in the bathroom, they argue and Fran takes off for her mother's, arriving at two o'clock in the morning. Hmmmm, it must have taken a loooong time to drive to Queens that night.
	6.3 Once a Secretary, Always a Secretary	The outdoor country club scenes were filmed on the front lawn of the the Culver City Studio's main building, "Tara."
	6.3 Once a Secretary, Always a Secretary	Fran said that she was afraid to tell Sylvia that she had her first fight with Maxwell. So what did coming to her mothers at 2 in the morning in the previous episode count as?
	6.3 Once a Secretary, Always a Secretary	Watch Sylvia at the buffet. First she has a frank in blanket on a toothpick, puts it to her mouth, has it in her hand, and then it dissappears. Two seconds later, it's back and she puts it down.
	6.3 Once a Secretary, Always a Secretary	Nanny Math: Maggie mentions that she's 20 in this episode. Hmmm, a few weeks in Nanny time earlier (the night before the wedding) she said she was 18.
	6.4 Sara's Parents	In the scene where Fran and the kids are all lying on Fran's bed, when they sit up and move to the end of the bed, the head of the bed raises up and is flipping up and down as they move. This happens at least twice in the scene. Flimsy furniture!
new!!	6.5 Maggie's Boyfriend	The two little boys that played the trick or treaters were Wilder Shaw and Alex Sternin, the sons of Rick Shaw and Robert Sternin/Pru Fraser.
	6.5 Maggie's Boyfriend	Maxwell's signet ring that he lost in the mugging (5.15) is back. He must have ordered himself a new one, or the police recovered his ring.
	6.6 I'm Pregnant	Nora Dunn, who plays the gynecologist, was also in episode 4.3 The Bird's Nest as Mrs. Richardson, Brighton's science teacher.

new!!	6.8 Making Whoopi	This was the only episode of the show that they didn't play the theme song at the beginning. The nature of the opening few minutes didn't lend itself to snappy, happy song, plus it gave them thirty more seconds to squeeze in more material.

	6.9 Oh, Say, Can You Ski?	The dress Sylvia is wearing for her party is the same one she wore to her "50th Birthday" in "Whine Cellar."

	6.10 The Hanukkah Story	The girl who plays 'young Fran' is Jamie Renee Smith and she also played Fran in "Fran's Root's" and "The Wedding".

	6.12 The Fran In The Mirror	The person playing the piano with the very long blonde hair is a production employee on the show.
	6.12 The Fran In The Mirror	The cop in the donut shop in this episode is James Edson. He has appeared in the show on four other occasions, although in all his other apprearances he had a beard and mustache. His first appearance was in 3.17 Val's Boyfriend as the guy whose Porsche the girls hit, he was the counterman in the theater in 4.15 The Nose Knows, the waiter whose hand Fran grabbed in 5.2 First Date, and one of the reporters in the crowd in 6.1 The Honeymoon's Overboard. Apparently his one line was cut in that one, but you can see him standing in the front of the group and he still got the credit at the end on the show.
	6.13 The Yummy Mummy	Fran is sitting at the breakfast table with Val, she squeezes her tea bag and puts it next to her cup. As they continue to talk right before Brighton arrives, you can see the tea bag again in Fran's cup and she squeezes it again.
	6.13 The Yummy Mummy	Matt Viera, who played the Harvard prospective student that oogled Fran, was a production assistant on the show.
	6.13 The Yummy Mummy	This episode was dedicated to the memory of Mike Keeler, who was a camera operator for many years on the show.
	6.14 California Here We Come	The exterior shot of Donna Douglas' house in Los Angeles is "Tara", the Culver Studio main building. Also used in "Once a Secratary" as the country club. It's also in "Fran's Roots" as the mansion.
	6.14 California Here We Come	When Fran & Niles first arrive at Donna Douglas' house, Fran introduces her to Niles as Elly May Clampet. She does it again as they enter the living room. Just in case he forgot, apparently. <g>
	6.14 California Here We Come	"The Chatterbox" was also used as the name of the beauty salon back in episode 2.25 The Chatterbox.
	6.15 Ma'ternal Affairs	Nanny Math: In episode 6.5 Maggie's Boyfriend, Fran spoke of her mother being married for 35 years, but in this one, just a few months later, they have been married forty.
	6.15 Ma'ternal Affairs	Lots of "family" in this one. Joe Bologna, who appears as Dr. Joe Rasso is actually Renee Taylor's real life husband. Steve Lawrence, who plays Morty, also appeared as himself in episode 2.16 Canasta Masta. Peter Marc Jacobson, the executive producer of The Nanny, made a cameo as the gentleman coming out of the restroom. And Roz Kerns appeared again as the woman complaining to Sylvia in the theatre.
	6.16 The Producers	Renee Taylor did a movie called "The Producers" in 1968.
	6.16 The Producers	When Fran enters the theater, she has one glove off and one glove on. She sits down, and starts to remove her second glove. The camera angle changes, and her second glove is magically all the way off and she is putting it in her purse.
	6.16 The Producers	Did ya recognize the woman who served the papers on Fran and Niles? That's Casey Williams, who worked with Fran at Bloomindales in Dannys Dead and was the nurse in Rash to Judgement and in Where's The Pearls.
	6.17 The Dummy Twins	Hmmm, perhaps C.C. has moved? She mentions that she doesn't wish to give up her Park Avenue penthouse to move into Niles' room, but her address was given earlier as being on 86th Street. Maybe the building is on the corner!
	6.17 The Dummy Twins	The "Twins" are named Frankie and Caryn, after Frank Lombardi and Caryn Lucas, writers on the show.
new!!	6.17 The Dummy Twins	Follow this logic: At the end of the Dummy Twins, Fran and Max find Niles and CC in his bed. In the next episode, Yetta's Letters, right before the play it says 'six weeks later'. Then in Maggie's Wedding, Fran tells Val she has been sitting on a big secret for 'over a week now'. She doesn't say how long over but that definately gives the impression that it hasn't been more than a month and a half, which it would have to be to fit in chronological order with the episode before it. You could say that they skipped ahead for the play and then went back in the next episode, but then CC would have known that Fran and Max knew about her and Niles (since Yetta tells her in Maggie's Wedding) and the sneaking up the stairs wouldn't be necessary. Got that?
	6.18 Yetta's Lettas	A couple of problems with Yetta's history in this episode. This one says that Yetta's husband's name was Joe, but in "Mom's the Word", Fran was going to name her baby Schlomo after her grandfather... Maybe his name was Joseph Schlomo? She also says that she was coming over on the boat from Romania, but in the Finale, she says she spent her first wedding anniversary fleeing Poland. I guess Yetta's memory is playing tricks again.
	6.18 Yetta's Lettas	Did ya recognize James Edson as one of the singers in Niles's chorus line? See 6.12 for a partial list of his other appearances.
	6.19 Maggie's Wedding	Did ya recognize Dee Dee Rescher reprising her role as Dottie?
	6.19 Maggie's Wedding	Daniel Davis does not appear in this episode--he was involved with a family emergency the week this was filmed.
	6.21 The Finale	Sylvia wore the same dress to Fran and Maxwell's aniversary party as she did on the night they got engaged when they were suposed to go to the Rainbow Room. That night, she wore it with a feather boa, but in The Finale she had on a sheer black shawl. She also wore it the night of their first date (5.2 First Date) so that dress has been at a lot of the important moments in Fran and Max's life.
new!!	6.21 The Finale	Notice Sylvia's feet in the hospital scenes. In the scene when Yetta and Sylvia visit Fran while she is labor, Sylvia is wearing the high heels that she had on at the anniversary party. But later on, when the twins are actually born and Sylvia (and everybody else) come in to visit the new family members, Sylvia is wearing some comfy pink slippers. Do they sell slippers like that somewhere in the hospital? ;-) I suspect Renee forgot to slip back into her shoes before the take began.
	6.21 The Finale	The Sheffield twins were named after the real life recently born children of cast and crew. Jonah and Eve are Rachel Chagall's twins, Katherine is Lauren Lane's daughter, and Samuel is Rick Shaw's son. The babies used in the show were Julia and Lauren Hiagh (at least according to TV Guide).
	6.21 The Finale	Lots and lots of familiar faces in minor roles in this episode. Obviously, Morty and Sylvia Drescher returned as Uncle Stanley and Aunt Rose, but there were lots more. Darryl Hickman reappeared as the priest, he married Fran and Max too, among other things. Adeline Drescher, who is Fran Drescher's cousin, appeared as the first nurse (the one that offered Fran some drugs.) She appeared previously several times on the show, including as a nanny in the park, and most recently as the maid in "Dinner Party". Andrew C. Mackenzie, who also was a production employee in charge of the audiences (thanks for the tickets Andy!), played the guy who pried open the elevator and was also in epiosde 5.6 A Decent Proposal as the waiter. Shari Shaw, who is Rick Shaw's wife and presumably the mother of Samuel, appeared as the airline attendant that grabbed the mike from Fran's hand. The man seen sweeping up in the airport just before Fran, Max, Grace and the babies leave, is Bill Klug, one of the writers' assistants. Gabriel Bologna, who is the son of Renee Taylor and Joe Bologna, was the doctor that announced the pregancy news to Niles and C.C. Jean Ford (Grace or Maggie's stand-in) appeared as the flower lady, she was with Adeline in "The Dinner Party" as the other maid, in "The Bank Robbery", and is credited as the "story by" on "Green Card"--one of my personal all time favorites.
