Fran's Thirtieth Birthday Party
And her present from Ma was a cemetery plot. When Fran tried to return it, she met the gorgeous funeral director that Sylvia had in mind for her.

Off on her hot date, Fran didn't want Gracie to miss her nightly bedtime story, so she made a video of herself reading. And we got to see the "fourth wall" in the Sheffield house.

Niles tries to enjoy his time off while Max worries about Fran on her date.
Max: After all, he is an undertaker. I can't see anything between them.
Niles: I can't see anything between them either.

Max discussing with Fran the "possibility of having sex in her room."
But the guy turned out to be a clown ~~literally~~ he wanted to go to clown college.

The guys are real happy that Fran's relationship didn't work out.

Sylvia: You think Mr. Right is going to walk right up and say 'Here I am?'
Max: Ah, there you are, Miss Fine.
