Fran and Max are at a prenatal visit at Dr. Reynolds office. She encourages them to talk to the baby to bond.
Max: Hello fetus, when you're ready, come out and meet us.

Back at the house, Fran is having a hard time being patient because she has to wait two weeks until Dr. Reynolds does the sonogram to find out if it's a boy or girl.

Brighton is going to check out colleges to pick a school to attend next year. Val suggest Fran go with him to take her mind off waiting. Brighton is less than thrilled at the prospect.

C.C. has a date with her new boyfriend, Colin, who enjoys a good insult just like Niles.
C.C.: Colin, darling, I'll be right with you, I'm just fixing my face.
Colin: Don't bother angel, if Earl Sheib couldn't knock those dents out, I doubt you can.
Both: Hahahaha
C.C.: He can go on like that all night.

But Niles is sad to see his little friend go....

Off at the college tour, Fran is impressing the Dean~~ and Brighton's prospective classmates too.
Guys: Check it out, now that is pure honey.

Home again, Fran is concerned because B won't tell her what happened at Harvard that upset him. He hurts her feelings even more when he says he doesn't want her to come to any more school tours with him.
Brighton: You're not going to cry are you?
Fran:I don't know where else to go with this face.

With a little help from C.C., Fran figures Brighton must have been embarrassed by her saying something stupid.

Fran sets out to educate herself. When Lynn Redgrave arrives for a meeting with Max, Fran pours out her troubles to her. Fran asks Lynn to give her some pointers on appearing intelligent and classy.

Niles is depressed over C.C. dating "Colon". He confides to Max that he has feelings for C.C.
Max:Oh my God Niles, I think you're jealous. You have feelings for Miss Babcock don't you? Well why don't you just come out and tell her?
Niles: Isn't it obvious? What do I have to do, hit the woman over the head? Actually I've done that...

A little champagne and Cheez Whiz helps the girls bond.
Lynn: Darling I could try to teach you, but class is really something you're born with.
Whiz me.
Another good trick is that you start quoting from your favorite authors, Joyce, Kafka, Hemingway...

Fran: Suess.
Lynn: I don't believe I know him.
Fran: Oh you'd love him, yes you will. You can read him on a yacht, you can read him on a hill.

Niles practices telling C.C. of his feelings for her before she arrives.
Niles: It's time I got something out my system Miss Babcock. No, no, that's too formal, "C.C." Look, I've known you since you were little calf...

But C.C. comes in angry that Colin has dumped her and Niles changes his mind about saying anything. However, C.C. knows he was up to something...
C.C.:You're wearing your fancy pants! Niles has a crush on someone.
Niles and his girlfriend sitting in a tree, D-U-S-T-I-N-G.

So in desperation, Niles grabs Lynn Redgrave and pretends to have a crush on her.

Brighton finally admits that what upset him was that the guys had called Fran hot and sexy.
Fran: Oh come on let me enjoy this, in a couple of months I'm going to look like Shamu. Oh I can't believe I wasted two hours trying to smarten up with that Lynn Redgrave. She's a cheese thief ya know.

Finally it's time for the sonogram. Dr. Reynolds finds four feet~~~it's Twins!!!
Max: Look at all those fingers. Do you see the size of that thumb?
Fran: Ya know, I don't think that's his thumb Babe.
Max: That's my boy.
Dr. Reynolds: Oh it looks like he has a little sister.
Fran: Ohhh a girl!

In shock at the news, Fran imagines what life will be like with five children.
Hello world there's a song we'll be singing,
come on, get happy.

This episode was dedicated to the memory of Mike Keeler, who was a camera operator for many years on "The Nanny" and will be sadly missed by everyone on the show.

Georgy Girl

Hey there! Georgy girl,
Swinging down the street so fancy free,
Nobody you meet could ever see the loneliness there - inside you.

Hey there! Georgy girl,
Why do all the boys just pass you by?
Could it be you just don't try, or is it the clothes you wear?

You're always window shopping but never stopping to buy.
So shed those dowdy feathers and fly - a little bit.

Hey there! Georgy girl,
There's another Georgy deep inside.

Bring out all the love you hide and oh, what a change there'd be,
The world would see - a new Georgy girl
Some way, some how

Hey there! Georgy girl,
Swinging down the street so fancy free,
Nobody you meet could ever see the loneliness there - inside you.

Hey there! Georgy girl,
Dreaming of the someone you could be.
Life is a reality, you can't always run away.

Don't be so scared of changing and rearranging your self.
It's time for jumping down from the shelf - a little bit.

Hey there! Georgy girl,
There's another Georgy deep inside.
Bring out all the love you hide and oh, what a change there'd be,
The world would see - a new Georgy girl... a new Georgy girl...
