 Val arrives one morning with terrible news. Danny Imperiali is marrying Heather Biblow. |  The news sends Fran into an emotional tailspin and she tries to feel better by buying everything in sight. Niles: Who ordered the power drill? |  She takes Gracie on a power shopping trip. |
 Grace tells her dad that she is concerned about Fran's mental health. |  Fran joins Shoppers Anonymous and has to work through the twelve steps. Step Two is a little tough, she has to cut up all her credit cards. |
 And he goes upstairs to confront Fran about her 'Shopaholism'. |
 Later that day, Fran is going through withdrawal and the guys give her a whiff of a credit card receipt to help her through. Fran: Ahhh, Bloomindales. That's the good stuff. |  Mr. Sheffield offers to stay with her through the night. |
 But Max realizes that Fran lifted his wallet while he hugged her. Max: Do you have my credit card? Fran: [muffled] No... Max: Stay! |  Fran: Grrrrr... Max: Give it to me.... drop it.... that's a good girl. |
 Mr. Sheffield helps Fran make it through her first night without buying anything. |  Mr. Sheffield tracks her down at the mall. Max: Look Miss Fine, I know you want a family of your own, but in the meantime, do you think you could settle for three children who adore you and a man whose life would be very empty without you? |
 But at a Tupperware party the next day, Fran learns that Heather is pregnant. She lifts Niles' wallet and is off again on another shopping spree. |
 Fran: Oh Mr. Sheffield, that's very sweet. But even Danny, who is the biggest schmuck in the world, has found someone to love. What if that doesn't happen to me? Don't you ever feel the same way? Max: Yes, I..... |  Fran passes out and doesn't remember a thing when she comes to. Fran: Gee, I musta had one of those shoppers blackouts.... |
